No issues aside from a fishy smelling case, wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone to resolve this but overall convenient laptop

Very upset I decided to purchase this laptop. I paid $1700 and the speakers are terrible as is the video camera. It gets so hot that it stuck to my laptop riser and now has plastic stuck to the bottom of it. And of course I am 2 weeks past my return window. Piece of junk. Do not buy it

this computer is good. I just hate it when you watch movies or videos in dark shadows it has lines that looks 480p which sucks.

I really wanted to keep this Laptop and it was my first choice. Great configuration at a pretty good price. The movie watching experience wasnt the best in tablet mode. I had to use external bluetooth speakers to listen to the dialogues clearly since the speakers are away from you in tablet mode. But... The main reason I returned it was, the stylus out of the box was faulty. I tried to reach out to HP service online and they mentioned that the pen would arrive in 2 days. After talking to several agents and a week, returned the laptop to Bestbuy for a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360. There are tradeoffs, but I have had better experience with Samsung and their after sales services than HP. This would have been my 3rd HP laptop, but I have had issues with my last laptop as well, and HP service wasnt up to the mark then, It was unacceptable this time.

Have had this machine for 1 month. No issues yet. Very simple to set-up. Will need more hours on it to fully evaluate.

great computer with average GFX,not for high GFX abilities, but still good for computer email, web browsing.

Good laptop, great look and feel. Excellent performance. Excellent battery life. Value for money EXCEPT Extremely poor brightness. No matter what I tried changing the brightness settings, nothing happened. At night, my eyes are pained and stressed as I look at the screen for 5 mins. Seems it is a known issue. Others have complained about this issue too. Submitted a complaint on HP website, asked them to get back to me asap. It has been more than 3 days and no response from them as if they care nothing. I would wait for a day or two to hear from them, otherwise would be forced to return it back. Don’t want to but I did not buy an expensive laptop to strain my eyes.
