    Item itself was great, repair service through Best Buy was not. There is a switch that covers the camera internally on the screen. When the switch got stuck, permanently blocking the camera, I brought it in for service. They replaced the screen. I came to find out that they must have used a screen from an older model. The camera quality is absolute dirt, and I compared it to my friend who just purchased the same laptop. That, and the image quality was totally different. I’ll be bringing it back in soon to complain. Haven’t had the time because of work. How could you promise to fix a computer and instead make it worse than before hand?
