Haven’t had laptop in six years. Love new updates.

Laptop looks nice and works well. Store was out of stock (of everything) but shipped fast, the only issue is that the pen it comes with does not work at all and customer service when purchasing was questionable. Dont have the time to do an exchange.

Purchased almost 6 weeks ago. Nice looking with a beautiful screen...but it does not work properly. During playback certain parts of the screen freeze in horizontal lines and soon enough all playback stops. When this happens no video will play until reboot and after that the problem will just start again. Have been working with HP on this and the latest move was to ask me to reset computer to factory setting and that did not work. Its also had a bluetooth problem as all bluetooth devices would ... resetting to factory settings seems to have helped.

It exactly what I was needed. It’s not a gaming computer it’s a travel work computer. It does what it is supposed to. Yeah it’s an HP/disposable like all computers now but it’s getting the job done for now.

This is one great laptop, although not quite up to the performance of its earliest model. The main issue is a quirky touchpad that requires a number of adjustments at the system and application level.

I really wanted to like this computer. Besides its specs, the computer look good and durable. But unfortunately, after testing it out for a few days and only doing regular browser the fan kept turning on and it was obnoxiously loud!!! it's ridiculous that a regular browsing on the computer have to make it unbearable. I have an HP from 5 years ago and even with heavy work it was never this loud. Disappointed and I am glad that the return policy was extended.

Just bought it, got it home turned it on and the display has a horizontal line going across it. Called tech support they say its a hardware issue. Taking it back to the store. Major hassle.

Gorgeous screen, but overall too heavy and too noisy. I think Lenovo or Samsung provide more attractive options In this laptop category.

Nice laptop. However, Microsoft locked me out and I can't get back in. I don't know what I did wrong. I'll have to take my computer to someone for help.

I had to return this computer because it was overheating. It got so hot it couldn't be touched until the plug had been pulled for about 3 hours. Best Buy Geeks were very gracious in helping me find another laptop that has been wonderful.

Great looking laptop but already had issues with restarting. Hoping this was a one time issue as its too new too rate overall performance.

I had an older version of the HP Spectre and loved it. I cracked the touch screen but kept using it because I never had a problem with it (other than the touch screen not working after I cracked it.) I was expecting the same but have had nothing but problems with this one since I bought it. It has horrible WiFi connectivity. I lose connection several times a day, and I have checked with my older HP to make sure that it's not the internet, and it isn't. It also starts to run slow at the same time but if I reboot, it comes back. That's my fix until I have time to bring it back. I'm hoping that it's a bad unit and that the replacement will operate like my old one. If it does, I'll update the review. If not, I'll be switching brands.

1.5 years adter yse and motherboard crashed. Worthless

Great product bad service the laptop itself is wonderful however the place that sold it to me needs to get the crap together.

This was a replacement computer for one that broke under warranty. You did not have the exact item in stock, so an employee told me this had everything that the original did. It does NOT, there is no camera on this computer, and in the time that we are living in where there are zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings daily, I am out of luck.

I was very disappointed when I found out this expensive computer had 1/2 as much storage as my old computer. After 3 months I only had 64 of storage left. I feel like since I didn't know what questions to ask, the sales person took advantage of me being older and not understanding. I just gave a review on the wrong computer a few minutes ago.

Not a good laptop at all. Within 18 days of ownership my computer sent a BIOS message stating that my battery life was reduced by 4%. I didn't even use my computer that much. I can't believe that happened so soon after purchase. Very poor quality for such an expensive computer. I reached out to Best Buy and they were no help. Never ever again will I buy a HP or from Best Buy

No. The screen is bad, it is slow. There is nothing I would good about this. If you get it for free take it, but i would not buy this any day of the week. huge mistake. I returned it. The screen was different shades of white so colors would look different on different parts of the screen. The system has terrible battery life. It is heavy, the edge where you rest your palms is sharp so it isnt comfortable to type on it for long periods of time. It gets hot very easy. I dont know how, but the computer is slow, with the CPU it has, it should be performing amazing. Though it is slow in everything it did. Even turning it on and opening apps is slow. I wouldnt have believed the specs if someone told me. I ended up buying a surface laptop 3 which is rated with lower specs but performs much better. I cant think of any reason I would buy this laptop again. There is a reason why it is cheaper then other computers with these specifications.
