This is honestly the worst electronic device I have ever purchased. Every month, I get a new BSOD, even though I only browse lightly on this laptop. I hardly make any dangerous downloads, but I still face constant issues in the seven months I've had it.

Im actually returning the laptop Sunday. I hope it can be fixed . I was assured nothing was wrong with the open box . However it hasn't worked in two weeks. Im a truck driver and i depend on it for my livelihood. I hope thos can be resolved.

This computer worked perfectly for 2 weeks and then started getting messages that there was a counterfeit battery and the computer would no longer work properly. Thank goodness it was in the return period option so I was able to return it.

I bought two of these computers for general use and gaming. Both computers malfunction while playing Road Blocks. Geek Squad could not find any hard ware or driver issues. I returned both computers. Not suited for gaming.

Bought one and the WiFi component didn't work. Got another one. It worked for 5 hours and then suddenly stopped working while in use. What a shame because they are beautiful laptops.

Such a worst laptop it’s not been even 4 months it has graphic card issues and I see vertical lines on the screen every time

Had pc two weeks or less and received fan error. After searching found this is a common problem with HP's. Returning to Best Buy.

THIS MACHINE CONTINUES TO LOCK UP AND/OR RESTART, SINCE IT WAS NEW. AND TO TOP IT OFF, WE ARE UNABLE TO GET ANY HELP FROM BEST BUY OR HP. STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY AND HP.

This machine looks sleek but its USB 3 ports won't let digital audio workstations recognize my midi workstation keyboard

Bought this less than a month ago and it's already having issues with the microphone

Doesn't allow iCloud or iTunes to open. Bad investment.

I am really enjoying the Spectre x360 15". It may not be the fastest laptop but it IS fast! I have reloaded Photoshop Lightroom Classic as well as Photoshop Elements 2021 and this machine handles these programs at breakneck speed. Performing your backups onto an external drive? The Spectre x360 smokes that task! Backing up to a cloud (I use iDrive) is still painfully slow but that is no fault of the x360. I am still tweaking my font size(s) as well as browser zoom sizes. I am looking to find that sweet spot where I don't have to zoom in or out depending on what I am doing. (I'm an old guy with old guy vision!) One more USB 3.0 would be nice. I'm not a vlogger nor do I shoot much for video, on my cameras, so I can't attest to performance in that regard. However!! My photography has never looked better. The resolution of the AMOLED display is top notch. Yes...the Spectre x360 can run hot. The fans do their job and are more audible than many would like but for me it's not a deal breaker. Speakers are quite decent. My final configuration: 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AMOLED display, Intel Optane memory (whatever the hell that is), GeForce 1650 TI with MaxQ Design, Poseidon Blue case.

Very good laptop! I love it! Very sleek and gets the job done

I purchased this laptop in 2021 and it is still going strong! I have had a warning the battery is not performing as well as it originally did when purchased but that is expected. The bottom grip has completely peeled off which is a bit disappointing but other than that I haven't had any issues.

This computer is a great one. It is fast and fun to use. The picture on the screen is great. I love the lighted keyboard too. I wish it had more USB ports, but I bought an adapter and that works well. The only thing that makes me give it a 4 star instead of 5 is the camera. The camera is grainy. It is disappointing that they did not install a better camera in this great computer.

This is a master piece, cannot be more pleased with the performance. I use this laptop for 12 - 15 hours everyday, 7 days a week and the performance is just amazing. I usually have millions (little exaggeration) of tabs and files open but still I am able to use everything I need with lot of ease without any technical difficulties. Very smooth and amazing performance, screen resolution is too good. I've been using Spectre for last 3 years and the laptop hasn't slowed down a bit. If you are a touch screen fan and use touch screen for notes and signing docs then you may not be pleased. But for other activities, this machine is a beast. Highly recommend.
