I bought the fastest laptop Best Buy had and couldn't be happier. The geek squad was amazing as was the sales person. I have already recommended Montgomery's Best Buy to family and friends.

This really is a very nice laptop, there really is not much to say since all the reviews have said it all. I was not sure how well the track pad would work compared to my Mac book Pro, but to my surprise it works very well, the only thing is that it is very sensitive. The touch screen works well and the 4K for watching movies and playing games is awesome.

Best computer I've owned, no issues out the box unlike a surface book and Alienware 15R3 I exchanged both computers 3 times. Loving HP now, computer flies and runs flawless

Best computer I have ever had, screen looks amazing. I have had a few time when it freezes during a video, idk if this is the graphics switching or just being over used.

Cons: *Screen Glare *Keyboard is very compact for the size of the overall laptop. *No Micro SD reader *Screen is "bouncy" when using the touch screen. *The fan is loud and kicks on at random times even when idling. Pros *Very fast/powerful for a laptop *4k viewing is awesome *No sharp edges. Comfy in most respects. *No buggy issues

Absolutely great laptop. Build quality is close to apple. 4K screen is beautiful and computer has some serious power with the 8th gen I7. The SSD boots really fast too!

This is a phenomenal computer but some design flaws have caused it to lose a star. Since it’s a 360 style the screen can flip anywhere, you won’t hear the sound well because the speakers are poorly placed ( only on the keyboard) without Bluetooth headphones or any headphones sound gets muffled. The power cord plug is a square instead of circle, for me it’s annoying because a circle you can just rotate in place and not worry about moving the plug, the square plugs also break easier. Everything else is great though.

The speed is pretty fast. And the sound also good as well. However, the keyboard button gap is different. And also, when you are in the quite room, you can hear very little noise.

I bought this laptop for school and needed a new computer. My last go is form 2007 and survived an amazing 10 years. I love the speed of this computer and display quality.

The PCI solid state drive means that this computer boots almost instantly. No more waiting! Computer is very light weight for its power and fits very well in my backpack without breaking my back. Screen gives crisp and clear images and the computer runs smoothly and very silently (unlike some others which have loud fans). If you need a wired ethernet port (as I do for work) buy a j5 Create to add the RJ45 jack, another HDMI port and 2 more USB 3 ports. If you plug the computer's AC power adapter into the USB C port of the j5 Create you still have a spare USB C Thunderbolt port.

First thing first, functionality wise its a great laptop for the price point. BO inbuilt speakers enrich the sound experience 10X. Screen quality stands up to mark and as advertised. graphics card and processor performance haven't scored the best among similar laptops at the same price point but I think it is decent enough to tout as a gaming-entertainement device. wish they included a stylus as part of the design. top cover is a fingerprint and smudge magnet so be ready to carry a micro fiber cloth all times if you care about look of the product. The laptop leather cover is a nice addition to the box contents.

This computer is fast, has great storage and gets the job done in style. I bought it for its speed and I have been very pleased with how fast it responds.

If you can afford this computer (it is expensive, but I got it for $400 off), I would HIGHLY recommend it. The computer is very effective for gaming, and is lightning fast for everything else. The most surprising thing? This computer boots up (from OFF) in about 4 seconds. That means you don't need to use "sleep" mode at all, and every time you boot up your computer, it is fresh and ready to go. I just want to emphasize this point again: it boots up and is READY TO USE in 4 seconds. Lightning fast. This computer is 10x better than the best computer I've ever owned.

I got this laptop on the smoking black Friday sale. Right at first start up there were issues with lag, touch pad didn't register ect.. every day it got worse and worse until the computer wouldn't even turn on anymore. Turns out it had fault ram from the factory... It happens.. I drove an hour to my nearest bestbuy, they swapped it out without question. the replacement has been working great. Lightning fast start up and navigation through any program. have yet to see any signs of trouble.. this is a very well built, attractive 2 in 1you wont be disappointed.

This is a nice machine. Very light and capabilities on par or better than HP Omen laptops in the processor tpm marks. Bby has the best configuration and price over HP Direct and this makes for an excellent road warrior and power user machine. Note this model does not come with a pen. However, be careful not to throw out the included laptop case. I almost did. I wished it had one more USB type A port. The keys are very easy to use and I was typing on it like I had owned the main for a long time. If you travel get the GSP. It is well worth the additional cost.

Bought 2 of them. It's everthing I need in a laptop except an optical drive. Still looking for 4k external drive to get the most out of the screen.

Computer is fast and good looking. Only complaint thus far is that it's very cold to the touch so difficult to have on my lap when I work in the nude.

Amazing machine great for editing images. I'm a photographer and this machine performs as well as it looks. Nothing better for the money!
