Overall pretty good. Runs a little hot. Usual best buy bloatware, but overall a solid laptop

In loving this laptop. I've read reviews where people have said it gets really hot but I haven't noticed that it gets all that hot. It has a beautiful screen and love the little stylus. No problems noticed with it yet.

Very quick and super powerful. Only downside is the fan can be a little load when processing. Not a gaming laptop but a school one for me.

Great laptop but space bar stopped working and it's impossible to get a factory replacement...

Sleek looking pwoerful laptop. Touchscreen works great and the graphics are solid. I use it as a work computer and it does everything I need.

Fast and very stylish little laptop, perfect for my daughter's online schooling. Its a powerful device that has a quality feel to it. A bit heavy than i expected which is actually nice. Keys and touch pad are very responsive as well as the pen.

This laptop is the best. The graphics on this is amazing. It is bright and the pictures pop out with excellent quality and color. I recommend this pc for all. It also turns into a tablet which is a great feature.

I am extremely happy with my new laptop. Exactly what I wanted. Nice big letters on the backlit keyboard make typing easy. Has the bells and whistles I was looking for. Gorgeous display. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship!!

The laptop is good but I think it’s alittle over priced. If you are ok with the price then it’s a great laptop especially how it’s touch

This laptop is a stellar upgrade from my last laptop, with a great Wifi antenna, awesome speed, and very user friendly. The pen and sleeve that comes with are great additions and is well worth the cost. Overall great versatile 2-in-1.

Purchased as more of a remote desktop for a VPN set up at work. Have used sparingly for entertainment. Thus far has been a great laptop. Only con is that it does tend to run hotter than most others with similar specs.

This laptop has an amazing and vibrant screen I just can't get enough of. Especially once you apply true black theming, you'll get contrast and image clarity that's hard to find on anything else, combine this with a capable GPU and a 2-in1 design and you have one of the most versatile laptops. My current uses for the machine are computer programming and gaming, and as long as you keep gaming expectations in check, you'll find it more than capable. And while you might not be getting the best rtx graphics, the display is so great I don't mind this compromise. With the capable do components, I find I can even have recent vr experiences with it. If you want a more powerful OLED product, there are few options, and you lose the 2-in-1 form factor, which is something you'll learn to love if you're used to using tablets

Purchased this laptop for my son engineering college student who needs something pretty powerful. Love the fact that it has a large, bright and super clear screen. The number key pad incorporated into the key board was a plus. So far so good.

A very nice laptop. Beautiful screen, keyboard, track pad. Wish the backlight would activate with the touchpad instead of pressing a key.

I recently broke my laptop and was on the hunt for a new one. After looking over specific specs I wanted for my laptop I had very limited options with the HP brand (preferred). I was considering this or the HP Omen Gaming that had similar specs. I decided to go for this one specifically for the sleek matte shadow black and gold/rose gold detailing. Invest in a good laptop, this should last me a long time. I will say there are a lot of updates given it’s just getting started and it does get pretty hot but the fan starts working and cools down in little time. The speakers are LOUD and are awesome! The touch screen is a nice touch as well still getting used to that. I would 100% recommend buying this laptop. For the design and quality 100/100. It feels expensive and looks expensive (as it should for the price)

We had to return this laptop as the initial one had a problem with the screen going black. We didn't notice it initially since it was connected to an external monitor. The only complaint that I'll make (aside from having to return the first one) is that they keyboard now has a full numberpad on it forcing your hands to type off center. I suggest you at least see it in person before making the purchase. We purchased it online and did not notice it in the pictures....again we hardly notice it since it's connected to external monitor keyboard/mouse.

Great laptop. Looks great and runs great. Very happy with the purchase. Use it for work mostly. It can run games but fans kick on pretty early as I can tell it heats up. Definitely recommended, especially if on sale.
