I love the laptop. The only con is that it only has one regular usb port. At first I thought it would be ok but after plugging in my wireless mouse, it leaves no port for a thumb drive or anything else that requires a regular usb port. Regardless of how many technology devices now use the usb-c, the traditional port is still used by wireless mice and keyboards so it's silly and annoying that this laptop only has one port. So if you get this laptop, plan to buy a splitter or docking station which can cost +$100 depending on what your needs are. I also didn't love the keyboard when I first stared using it. It took me a while to get used to it since it's slightly different than my old Dell. Other than these limitations, the laptop is excellent. I love it.

We went to Best Buy to purchase a new laptop as the previous one bit the dust. We had a general idea of what we wanted but found a Best Buy specialist who answered our questions with our "top 3" options and we ended up picking one that we are extremely happy with as it has the right features, functions, display, and speed. Great experience and will continue to show at Best Buy for all of our laptop needs for our family (two this year alone).

Best computer I have ever bought! Love the touch screen capabilities.

I am a casual gamer who wanted a work laptop that I could occasionally play Rocket League on. I originally purchased slightly cheaper x360 with the MX330 and 512 ssd 3 weeks ago. Overall I really liked it but wished it had a better GPU. 2 days ago I decided to exchange it and upgrade to this model with better specs. Today this laptop went on sale and Best Buy adjusted the price. What a deal!!! Overall this is the best 2-in-1 you can buy!!! Likes 4K screen is bright Build quality is premium Speakers get loud but stay clear Gaming - after lowering settings it plays my steam games well, NBA 2k20, WWE 2K20, Streets of Rage 4 Stylus is a plus but I haven’t used it much Windows Hello - You will never want to go back to a fingerprint sensor Ports - Your covered it has all and eliminates the need for dongles Micro SD to expand storage Dislikes PC can run hot Speakers don’t have much bass A little heavy to use in tablet mode Color wish it was all black or silver

The best laptop especially for college it was really convenient. I love all the features about which make so unique. What I didn’t like was that It was heating up a lot and when I’m in class it would be so loud but I think it was just mine cuz others wasn’t doing that.

I really like the speed - booting, page loading, etc. I also like the fact that there is a switch to turn off my webcam rather than having to put a post-it over the camera. I'm still getting settled in with the PC but so far so good. There is only one thing I don't like - there are times when the PC gets quite hot. I bought this as an open box item so I don't know if the heat was an earlier issue or not.

I actually bought this open box for around half price, genuinely thinking I would be returning it as I have a razer and msi that far outperform this unit graphically, and are very close on processing power. Knowing that, I can tell you I personally love the keyboard, the quick windows hello facial recognition, battery life (I know it's the 4k oled so it could be better), and of course the beautiful oled display (yeah bright light can be an issue). This is a super portable business professional in laptop that will be an amazing content viewer after hours. It may not be a portable gaming rig, but hey it could run cyberpunk 4 k low settings at like... Idk 6 frames! So all in all, if you need an ultraportable with an amazing display for video playback or entertainment this is the unit to get. If the extra few hours of battery are what you need they do have an lcd option that fares better. This doesn't even get into the fact that it's a monsterous tablet with a pen (this the x 360 since the hinge will swing back onto the base of the laptop)... I personally probably won't use that portion, but in tests it certainly works (windows does need some tablet help though).

Great laptop but does run very hot. Unfortunately I can't do what I need to do for work on it so ended up returning it to get a Mac even though I hate apple products, but that's what works for my work. But wanted to get into gaming so tried this computer and was great for gaming.

NICE LAPTOP. Enjoyed all the features and especially my touchscreen/tablet.

Gaming performance is amazing; beautiful graphics. Video editing and PS imposition is fast and easy on the eyes. 2-in-1 utility is seamless and easy to use. Battery life isn't the best, but considering the programs I regularly use, it's definitely better than any other computer I've owned or used. My deeper knowledge of computers is about a 5/10 so I'm certainly not an expert, but it's worth the price and would highly recommend.

The laptop is exceptionally fast. It can perform multiple functions simultaneously. The picture quality is very good. The graphic let’s you play virtually any game you want. The screen sensitivity for writing with the pen is very sensitive. It’s easy to take notes and draw. Pros Screen quality Processor speed Graphics Multifunctional Cons Gets somewhat warm if you turn the processor to max. Battery life is less than advertised

Great laptop with a very nice screen. It’s very compact and stylish. If you want a 2 in 1 with a touchscreen, this is a great option! It also comes with a stylus and protective sleeve. As others have mentioned, the computer gets a little hot when it’s working hard - but that’s not unexpected with a laptop. It’s really the only slightly negative thing I’ve encountered.

still learning how to use a computer and this laptap makes everything easy for me. it is lightning fast and so far i am enjoying using it. my old Hp Laptap looks so slow compare to this HP-Spectre. I give it a big thumbs up since i become more efficient on my works. I am not high tech expert just honest opinion on my experience.

Very powerful computer. However, this laptop gets very hot and it is not very good if you need to use it on the go.

Love this lap top. Gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it does get hot really fast and the fans are loud. Also the mouse pad is pretty big, i try to hit the left side of the pad but the right side gets clicked. Other than that its great, the graphics are amazing and its decently fast.

The quality and looks of this laptop is the best of any laptop I have owned or used. The performance was equally impressive for this price point. That being said, this unit runs way too hot and a noisy fan to boot. I loved so many other things about the laptop, that I kept it for 3 weeks to see if I could get used to the heat and noise, but even with a towel and pants, the heat was very uncomfortable.

I love this machine. It handles gaming and design with ease. My only complaint is the overall battery life. When used on and off intensively it seems to drain quicker than when used perpetually. Sleek smart device nonetheless. Just what I was looking for.

This computer is hands down the most beautiful laptop I have ever used. Not only is the sleek black and gold color very business class feeling, but the diagonal edges give it a unique look as well. Additionally, the screen is true to color and the 4k resolution is incredible. While this laptop is 5 star in appearance, it lack slightly in hardware. While the 10th gen i7 hexacore cpu works incredibly well with most applications, it was not able to accomplish everything that I had hoped it would be able to (specifically running premier pro, even with proxies). Additionally, the GPU could have been better as well, especially since the laptop is $2,000. However, the price is understandable when realizing that the screen by itself must cost nearly $1,000 alone. All in all, it is a great laptop that runs most applications incredibly smoothly and it does have light gaming capability. Of all the components, the screen probably shines the brightest.

This laptop is awesome! It feels much smaller than any 15" laptop that I have ever seen, and has excellent performance. My wife has a 13" laptop, and this laptop is basically the same size. It is truly incredible how small HP was able to make the bezel on this laptop! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that I am a little underwhelmed on the battery life and the temperature of operation. Although this was a known trade-off of going with the higher performance 15" versus the 13" version of this machine, it still seems to be a little worse than my expectation. The battery life is not great and seems to drain appreciably even while the machine is asleep. And while using the machine, it can get pretty hot from time to time. I may just need to play with the settings a little bit to optimize the performance with my use. Overall, I am so far very happy with my purchase of this beautiful laptop, and would recommend it.
