Laptop is definitely great. Works well, definition is amazing, the computer is super fast. Only down side is it gets very hot and battery doesn't last as long

Good Laptop, excellent screen and audio the only things it didn’t like about this laptop are it’s battery life and the fact that it heats up fast while doing simple tasks.

The laptop is just what I was looking for - even got it on sale. It has a sleek design and feels solid. The screen is very clear and the touch pad very responsive. So far so good with it.

Great machine, however gets very hot. Purchased a cooling deck so no issues now. Battery goes quick but not surprising with how fast and bright this laptop is.

I love this computer! So fast and it can handle so much at one time. Battery life is decent and I really enjoy the 2 in 1 design and using the pen that comes with it. People also comment on how sleek and nice this computer looks as well. Great piece of technology here.

Great looking laptop...Great picture quality...Great specs and performance especially for the price BUT POOR BATTERY LIFE AND SOUND...MAKE SURE TO BUY A WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP. The performance is Great but like I said battery life is poor I'm getting 3 to 4 hours even on battery saving mode... The sound is not Great its okay and after I updated it, it started to act up and sounded low and static like...I tried to restart and reset it but it never sounded the same even though it was an okay sound before. BUT IF YOU DO PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP PLEASE PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY.

I was tired of apple products so I decided to give Hp a chance. This laptop doesn’t disappoint, it’s more powerful and has more features than my MacBook Pro. The only downside is the battery life is terrible.

So far, so good! Great looking laptop with compact design. Beautiful screen, boots up fast. Unexpected bonus, came with a nice leather carrying sleeve with space for HP Pen. Purchased on sale for great value. Very happy with purchase and recommend.

That OLED 4K screen is absolutely gorgeous. Haven't done gaming but I'm sure it'll run just fine. I read some people say it got loud, but that only happened when it was installing all the updates. Hasn't done that since. Overall, it's amazing

I am really enjoying this laptop so far. I think its the prettiest one I've ever had and the performance has been good so far. I haven't used it for the more demanding tasks it was intended for yet but so far so good.

I purchased this as my new work computer, it is fast, touch screen and can be used as a tablet! Super versatile and would be great for work or a student! I highly recommend. I had HP before and I loved it!

Excellent laptop, the oled screen colors are out of this world. The laptop is beautiful and fast. I use it with an eGPU and I can’t be more happy. Portable and then at home I can still play games no problem. H

I love this laptop, it's speedy, sleek and has enough memory for what I need. The only thing that I've noticed is that the fan runs quite often and it can get hot.

I love the feel of the keys, and the start up with face recognition saves time. The beautiful photos on the screen are more clear, and I am enjoying this computer's speed and size. I highly recommend it.

I have many things to say about this computer, most of them good. First, it looks great and the screen is beautiful. I have the oled option and it is stunning. Second, it performs well and has the capability to switch between performance modes which is nice. Now, the main bad things. The fan can be very loud and it can get hot at times. Also, the webcam is not great in any lighting that isn’t perfect. Often is blown out or too dark. Otherwise, great buy, don’t regret it at all.

I've had this laptop for about a month, so far it's been great. Screen looks sharp, super fast booting with the SSD, battery life is great, and the touch screen is nice. I wasn't so sure about having to use two keys to use the function keys; turns out it can be changed in BIOS so they default to F1-F12 and you use the 'FN' to do the alternate functions. I do programming and my development software uses the function keys for many things. If I could change one thing, I wish I could trade one of the USB-C ports for another USB-A port. Only having one USB type A isn't all that convenient if you have to use a hub to expand them.

Bought for my wife who loves this. Screen is excellent, very fast and is exactly what she wanted. I converted an apple fangirl! Does run a little on highest settings so be careful if using on your lap.

I have had it a week now. I like the easy interface on setting it up with various software. The screen is incredible. It's fast, but the laptop I am coming from is 10 years old. I like the design and look. It isn't actually not black, it's brown. The power button is in a weird spot, the back left corner. Not a lot of ports, but not bad. I like the 2 in 1 function, but a little heavy for that. I seem to get about 8 hrs for battery life. Comes with a chargeable pen and a "sheath" to protect it in for travel. It might sound funny, but it was one of the only 15 in laptops that had a useable 10 key pad. Others were too narrow for my big fingers.

Love love love the screen on this computer. It's all working well so far. Battery life not great, but I knew that going in to the purchase. Worth it for the screen.

The lighted key board is easy to see. This laptop is very light weight. I do wish it had more then just one usb outlet
