Outstanding for the price. With today’s online demands this has to be at the top. With help of sales representatives at San Bernardino store I was able to finalize this purchase. Couldn’t be happier I didn’t need a gamers laptop but I know I wanted performance, speed, quality, storage and display.

.... besides an average battery. If I were on the go a lot without outlets around and like my laptop on highest brightness, I'd probably look elsewhere. I use this mostly at home so it's fine by me. Everything besides getting used to Microsoft (personally annoying to me) after being a Mac user for years, is fine and without problems. The specs match the experience and very happy about that. If you did your homework then you know the specs are great in this laptop. So for me, just the average battery is a con for users relying on longer lasting batteries. I guess if you care about the camera quality then yeah it isn't the greatest either. Also with that, there's a tiny camera on/off switch on the right side. I didn't notice this until one day I was going nuts trying to figure out why my camera and it's hardware was gone. So just in case you can't connect to your camera, check to see if you switched it off by accident. Most of the other problems I've read in these reviews, I haven't had. My guess is they got lemons. As for BestBuy, my experience was great with the pick up. Thank you.

Cut edges gold trim makes this a good looking machine. touch pad very responsive. Pen works good on whiteboard. slip it into the protective black cover with pen holder to protect from scratches. Pen and cover included. Is working good for me. 32 gb optaine memory adds a little zip to the ram. 4k touch screen works good. one wish a couple more ports ethernet and another usb port.

I’ve hade a specter 360 2-1 before and really liked it. I gave it to my son and upgraded to the larger size when he needed a laptop for Highschool. I saw the new Microsoft surface book 2 and had to get it-so I did and loved it! I parted with it only because my best friend needed a nice system for college, she is disabled so I gave it to her basically... as I was also starting back I. School I did a LOT of research and decided on specter over Microsoft! I LOVE the size, color, shape, lightness and speed! I only wish I could find a hard shell cover for it! The system is super fast, quiet and very manageable! Definitely worth the price - in fact a steal of a deal from my tesearch!!

Great laptop for most uses. Very sleek and very sturdy design. You can play most current AAA games on LOW settings, but nothing higher. Very fast when using Office 365 software and higher resource software. Recommend picking up a USB/HDMI/USB-C adapter, as the design is minimalist on ports. The sound coming out of the internal speakers is great.

I LOVE this laptop, it's the best laptop purchase I have made. I am a graduate student who often needs to have multiple statistical software programs open at a same time in addition to other programs, and it works wonderfully. One caveat is that when it's charging the fan gets noisy, and the battery drains pretty fast when connected to a monitor display (happens to every laptop) and when using Zoom for long periods of time. On days of moderate use a charge lasts me a full work day (~7 hours). Additionally, whenever the laptop goes to sleep the WIFI disconnects on its own and I have to manually disconnect and connect to have it back on. I have tried fixing it but I am not computer savvy and the solution I mentioned before works for me, for now. Perhaps others are not having this problem. On the positive side, the image is beautiful, sound is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this laptop to students or people working from home. I bought this laptop with the intention of it lasting at least 5 more years, let's see how it does.

    Beautiful Machine, but Compromised Performance.

Build Quality: Beautiful machine. The metal chassis feels premium and solid. The 4K screen was simply amazing! The aesthetics of this device are clearly one of a kind. Performance: This Device advertises a 10th Gen Intel i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a GTX M-Series GPU. But it cannot use either of these to their max potential. Unfortunately the thermal performance really cripples the CPU/Processor. This device is basically a very pretty computer with the performance of an 8th Gen Intel i5 Processor with 8 GB of RAM. That's ultimately why I returned it. I needed a computer that could maximize the CPU / GPU as much as possible. This computer could not do that. Under minimal strain it began to throttle and the fans kicked in and the device got HOT! Overall: If you're any a pretty computer for media consumption, and basic tasks this is the device for you. Just know the performance is not it's strong suit.

I love my new laptop. The option to use as a traditional computer or tablet is a nice option. The touch screen is responsive without being too sensitive and the matte color with the rose edges makes it sexy. I’ve always loved a HP and this one does not disappoint.

This HP laptop is an incredibly awesome computer in every way imaginable!! It is rather expensive but worth it because it is not cheap looking and it is powerful and super fast. The Intel Core i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM makes doing anything on this laptop a breeze. The 512 GB solid-state hard drive is a pretty good size for an awful lot of data. you can store thousands of pictures and if you are a music lover, you can have a large library of songs and albums that play flawlessly. The 15.6" 4K Ultra HD touch screen is simply spectacular in detail. I have streamed several 4K movies and they looked stunning on this display. If you can afford it, you simply can't go wrong with this laptop. Well worth the purchase!!

HP not it out of the park with the Spectre x360 2 in 1. Fast, sleek design, great price, and with the intel Core i7 speed is no issue. Whether you are a gamer or using it for work this HP packs a punch.

This laptop has been fantastic. I was looking for a laptop I could game on without it overheating or stalling, something I could use for art projects and photo editing, and would be decent for going back to school. The Spectre met all my needs and surpassed them. I compared the Spectre to gaming laptops and general laptops for a few weeks before I made my decision. It is equal or surpasses most gaming laptop specs, processing speed is fantastic, I can run multiple programs without freezing/overheating/crashes. I can run any game at full resolution without affecting game performance, glitches, or load times. Microphone isn't bad, the camera sucks though. Plus side, the camera has an "off" switch, meaning I don't have to worry about covering my camera when not in use.

I really love this computer, it is a way better upgrade from my last one. The graphics are pretty good, better than I expected. The speakers on it are pretty loud too. I love that it has a backlit keyboard, but it would have been nice if there was an indicator for the number lock. The camera on it is okay, the fingerprint sensor works well. I would say that it does sometimes tend to get warm/hot but not enough to be alarmed about and it is a little heavy to hold as a tablet. It came with a pen and cover sleeve which were nice. Overall it is worth the money especially if it is on sale.

We love this lap. This is the 3rd one we have purchased for the family. We each have one. Easy set up, great functionality and sleek design. I really like to hard switch to turn off the camera. Drawbacks are the fam=n can be loud and it runs hot.

My son needed a new laptop for college. This was a great price. This laptop is more powerful than he needed, but the price was to great to pass up. He is a happy college junior. Even though he is not happy all his classes have been moved online for fall.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months now and overall I couldn’t be happier. I swapped from a MacBook and I’m glad I got this laptop in particular. The load time is fast, and overall it’s reliable. The keyboard is very comfortable to type on which has served me well writing different reports. The fan can be a little noisy, but this compared to my MacBook does not get too hot! You can tell when it gets hot of course but compared to what I’ve had it is not bad at all. The only down sides to this is the one USB port and the pen takes some time to get used to as well as the screen may not be as bright as I’d like. The 2 in 1 function is absolutely worth it though. Highly recommend.

If you want a 2 in 1 laptop with top of the line specs and a decent price. This is the best option. I did some research and this laptop compared to the Microsoft Surface book or Lenovo or Dell, 2 in 1’s with similar specs is the best deal. The only complaint I have is sometimes the fan can be a bit noisy.
