    Purchased for spouses scrap booking, she’s informed me hasn’t been able to connect it to the internet/Wi-Fi, tried a couple times got frustrated and gave up

    Buy elsewhere return policy 15days worked twice, they wouldn't even let me do a return.

    Great pictures, easy to use. Place the printer close to the router works great. Had the printer in a nearby room had problems with wireless connecting from my phone. When placed close to the router no problems.

  • Not truly bluetooth, need strong wifi

    I've had the original sprocket and the old version is better. This printer needs Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. If you have anything but a strong Wi-Fi signal, printing is interrupted and the printer asks you to start Wi-Fi configuration all over. It took me over two hours to print 8 photos, 2 failed prints. You can not print just off Bluetooth. Not worth the money. I will be returning it.
