Great laptop! Lightweight and has MS Word (Free for 1 yr). Speed is not so good, but otherwise reliable.

DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP. Over $500 down the drain. I unfortunately purchased this laptop for work in December 2021. In Feb 2022, I was making an appointment with geek squad due to the computer shutting down on me in the middle of work. Geek squad claimed their were no issues. And returned it back to me. Currently today March 24 2022 this laptop shut down on me in the middle of a meeting and stuck at a screen that states System BIOS is being recovered. For over an hour now. Best Buy’s 15 day return policy is terrible. Customers are not aware of these malfunctions when they are buying these laptops. Even when you are proactive and purchase Geek Squad, you’re told nothing is wrong when in fact you know there’s an issue. Customers should not have to pay extra to become a member so that they can get that extended return. Geek squad should cover that. I’m not satisfied and this device is complete trash. please do not waste your money. When I picked it up from geek squad the first time, I was told the OS was not the best. I was not aware of that and that was my mistake thinking more expensive equates to better quality.

Very nice! Its a bit slow but holds up! Ive used it for three years now and its still holding on.

The price, size and color is what drove me to buy this unit. Not the fastest, no touch screen but a perfect traveling mini laptop. It’s very hard to find a well built laptop with this small of a screen. There’s a micro SD slot for extra storage. So I put all my personal files, passwords etc on the SD card so when I travel, I can leave this $200 in my hotel room, take the SD card with me, and not worry if it’s stolen, lost or broken. Can’t go wrong for web surfing, office apps, email. Even YouTube videos play without pausing. I would not recommend for gaming as I think this would be a bit sluggish but I didn’t buy it for that. Beautiful white color and white keyboard. Sturdy build and very portable. This is a bit wider than my iPad Pro 10.5 inch is tall so they fit perfectly together in my 11.6 inch Amazon sleeve.

You won’t find any windows-based laptops at $200 with a mix of practicality, functionality, and portability. It may not be as fast as my i7 pc, but it can handle enough task to perform basic job functions such as typing, browsing, and reading/sending emails. It is light and handy that you can take it with you in between home and work. Now, i never need to bring my 15” laptop with me, this laptop is definitelty the missing in-between piece of gadget i have always needed.

Easy to set up and operate, even for me. I am 70 years old and not up to date on tech stuff. The picture quality is excellent compared to my last laptop. Also great size, easy to store and lightweight.

Great machine for the price. Speed is lacking but you get what you pay for. Good looking. Mouse work as good as any laptop. Screen is clear and the 2.4 lbs. makes it truly portable. I went into the store looking for a Chromebook but decided on a full PC after seeing this machine. Not sure I am a fan of Window 11, but you can't blame HP for that. Four stars is for speed, so if you have the bucks get a faster processor. But if it is a price purchase as it was for me this is a perfect machine.

I bought this little laptop for travel, and the occasional time that I need a Windows machine that isn't a company-owned device. Is it super fast? No. Can I do most simple tasks while using a good internet connection? Yep, just fine. Email, tripadvisor or yelp reviews plus Google Maps, all fine. If you are looking for a desktop replacement, this isn't it. A light, easy to travel with machine for light duty, and this will be just fine!

It's very stylish and compact. I also like the way it feels. The quality does not seem to be lacking. The only thing is it's slower for my needs but that's to be expected in its price range. It's been a joy to have so far.

For the price point and for small school work home office business it’s a great use

It’s a good buy if you’re just trying to buy a computer that will do the minimal especially if you’re looking to get a better one down the line or if you’re buying one for your gf who breaks everything she touches

This HP laptop is the perfect size for a student working online or doing researching for a project. It’s compact and easy to carry in any bag! I gifted it to my son and he absolutely loves it!

This product gave me a lot of a headache I bought it online with store pickup by the time I got there it had already pulled out of my account and I went to the counter and said that I was waiting on a pickup the lady at the counter was so rude to me and said that they didn't have it pulled and that nothing was on her side and I tried to explain to her that I have the confirmation right here that it was not only confirmed but it was also ready in an hour and she said no matter what you're not here you're going to have to pay for it again and then walks away from me and they'll only question I left for her was how long will it take to have the rest of money go back on my card as she's walking away from me and making a scene of being rude in front of everybody. Once I got the computer home it did not take the first account that was made it looked itself and made us make another Outlook account also the Wi-Fi Chip is going out

When orderd for this laptop there was no reviews for me to read to guide me but i did and i have no regrets. This simple portable computer is all you need for work, school or travel. The set up was easy. Its light weight and can fit perfectly in your handbag or backpack. I highly recommend.

This is a great laptop for the price. It's easy to use and easy to put apps on. I love that this is a small laptop which works well for me.
