When I tell you purchasing this laptop was the best decision!!! I'm so glad that I acquired a laptop that was on sale on this website instead of somewhere else. The laptop's performance, camera quality, storage, literally everything about it is just ugh- top tier!!!!

I purchased this laptop for school. figured this might be a nice, low cost option for someone like me. Upon setting it up, I already noticed how laggy it was, and I hadn’t even gotten to the Home Screen yet. It froze when I would try to open zoom, when I try to open PDF’s, and any other seemingly ‘large’ task I’d give it. Since I now know a 4gb processor is super small and probably wouldn’t be suitable for my needs from the get go, i will opt for something with a larger processor, but this computer simply will not do, especially if you’re using it for school purposes. 2 stars because I actually like the way the laptop looks, but it does not perform well.

I love HP computers and I was able to get this item on sale. I still have it and it is in great condition.

It's been several years since I bought a computer, and I found this very easy to set up without any outside assistance. After a little practice I don't need a separate mouse. Picture is very good sound is good considering its small size. Good value.

I purchased this for a more user-friendly alternative to the Google Chromebook for our daughter to use for school. It’s a great little laptop that handles her needs with ease, and is very light and portable. The white pearl finish is very nice also. HP always delivers on quality, even on their entry level models.

I bought this specifically for the reason of getting the literal cheapest machine possible to run windows. Dont expect anything great, but the battery is alright and it does all the basic functions.

As a Windows machine - pretty useless. Wipe it clean and put any slimmed-down version of Linux on it and you've got a very handy little laptop, suitable for browsing, emailing, and text entry, even some basic video watching. Nice to have both USB-C (though it's a shame they can't charge the device) and USB-A; Micro SD slot is very handy. Decent keyboard as well.

Very nice laptop, it is fast and easy to use. Shipping to my home was extremely fast and I experienced no problems. I would recommend Best Buy for their service and large array of products, and I recommend HP for the computer.

Very compact yet powerful. Perfect for me to travel to and from classes on campus. Doesn't take up a lot of room at the desk. The style makes it look way more expensive than it really is, which I love! Very happy with this purchase.

Good laptop and a great present for Christmas or a gift.

Very good for what I intended to use it for, writing and sometimes Netflix. The smaller size makes for easy travel. Do not expect to much for the price. But perfect for school use or a starter laptop.

Rather slow but for the price not a bad deal at all.
