    Both the sales person in the store and the Geek Squad employee who came to our house were amazing, knowledgeable and easy to work with. On Tuesday they are installing our new tv.

    Horrible. Ordered an hp laptop online to pick up curbside, and they hassled me for ID. When I asked to cancel, I was told I would have to do so myself through the confirmation email. So then, I asked a buddy of mine if he’d do me the solid of picking up my order (I had recently lost my ID), he agreed, so I added him as “pick up person”… all they asked him for was the order #… shoulda seen my face! In the end, I returned the items. They seemed real updated to be outdated (not to mention slow…)

    I needed a laptop for school and this was a good price. Battery isn't a good as I would want, but it's ok. If you're looking for a laptop for school and nothing else (like me) buy this one.
