    You can download other programs, but you need to like get out of this weird app only mode (at least Windows allows these things vs. Apple). Granted, it's not built to handle real computer programs, so I see why there was a limitation. I only bought this laptop to run one program. And that's about all it can do. It's otherwise extremely laggy.

    Laptop works efficiently and keeps enough power to get a lot of my office and school work done. I also love the fat that I can flip it into a tablet and use to make on the move research and notes.

    Great starter laptop, not too expensive while not loosing quality. Easy use with great visual graphics and sound. Somewhat small on initial RAM but nothing that cant be added later on

    You get what you pay for. Daughter needed a windows operating system laptop for a college computer course— she’s used to MacBook Pro newest edition— this is slow and often doesn’t work. We’ve had to utilize geek squad and are returning it and just going to borrow a computer from a friend to finish the class
