    Very lightweight, loads up quickly, wish I had more memory and just a tad problem with the Internet connecting and staying connected still working on that so I don't know if it's the computer

    I was excited to have this as the price was so good. BUT it overheated and bogged down within 30 minutes of turning it on. It lost connection to the internet every time I loaded a page and I'd have to restart it. I gave it overnight to calm down and tried again this morning. I was watching a video on Facebook (3 minutes long) and it bogged down again and then lost internet connection. I'm restoring the factory settings now and taking this junk back. I should have bought the better one in the first place.

    Connectivity issues

    I got this on Tuesday, 2/26 as a birthday present for myself, and I have had SO many problems with it. I don't know what kind of wifi card this thing has, but it will NOT maintain a connection to ANY of my networks. I tried it with the 2.4ghz network, I tried it with the 5ghz network, and I even tried it with my mobile hotspot. The computer just WILL NOT stay connected. If I'm trying to type in a web app (email, Google docs, etc) it will just disconnect and spend 1-2 minutes "reconnecting" in which it does absolutely nothing. I have to toggle the wifi just to get it to FIND the right network, and once we're connected it only stays that way for 5-6 minutes before crapping out again. That problem is on top of the issue where the software product key was not included in the box, and I had to completely reset the whole thing just so I could log into the correct Microsoft account. I didn't want a Windows computer in the first place, but the Chromebook I wanted to buy was sold out both in store and online, so I settled for what I thought would be the next best thing; boy was I wrong. Skip this one, and get something else.

    Just ordered my first laptop. And also ordered the wireless mouse that matches both are purple. Absolutely delighted with what I have received from Best Buy. The service was quick and easy. They actually delivered the mouse in person the very next day. So far the set up has been easy and smooth. I'm having a problem with my mouse not connecting with the laptop but I'm sure I will figure it out. If your a beginner like my self . I would definitely suggest this particular model and brand. Can't go wrong.
