I purchased this printer for personal use on an occasional basis. Overall, works well. I sometimes struggle understanding the color prompts (only because I don't use it enough) but always manage to get my content printed without much hassle.

This printer is very compact and affordable. It prints great quality and very fast.

I’m a Apple user and i normally have issues with wireless printers communicating and having to download drivers or connect by usb. Well not this printer! Not only does the picture quality each time come out insanely crisp and clear but it prints papers and flyers with the same quality! 10/10 would definitely recommend! The print package through HB was an added bonus!

My wife was complaining about not being able to print from her tablet and phone, we couldn't get them to use the printers in our network so I bought her this printer. It was easy to to set up, although it was a bit confusing using the app on the tablet at first but we figured it out. I would have liked it better if the cartridges we less expensive though. I would still recommend this as a good choice.

I am in my mid 30's and have had many different printers. This is by the far the worst one I've ever had. 1) The print droops on the page, and there is no apparent solution. The HP doctor does not even detect a problem; however, I did realign, reset, clean, etc. and still no improvement. It is not the paper quality, the ink cartridges, a problem specific to any software, and it is not a connection issue. 2) It is not user friendly, because without many options to control directly from the printer itself, I feel like I'm on a wild goose chase through the app. 3) God forbid I run out of paper. I can't just reload paper and have it resume printing. No, I have to unplug and reset the printer EVERY TIME. This is even more so a pain because it hardly holds any paper in the first place! 4) Customer support is worthless. They just tell me to do all the same things the internet says, but they also want to get all of my information in the process... for what? You're not solving my problem! This printer is garbage. I could have bought something at a fraction of what this costs AND without the hassle. Sleek design is not worth anything if it doesn't work properly. I will not be buying another HP.

I love this printer/scanner! So compact and easy to use!

It works as I expected, and it is compact so it fits anywhere even in small places! I also glad that it is HP instant Ink compatible. One drawback is HP Android app is not working smoothly. I ended up setting up with HP Apple app which works without the problem at least for me.

Great printer in terms of its ability to blend in with the home (through the use of the linen cover). But his printer is not necessarily the most reliable. It is the second one that I have purchased. The first printed about 10 pages over the course of its first year then died, conveniently out of warranty. The auto- replenishment of ink was problematic as well- my first batch of ink was marked as invalid by the printer and it would not allow me to print with them. What a waste of materials and money! I immediately canceled my auto replenishment and purchased my own toner saving me the monthly cost. I purchased this printer a second time only because of my initial expense in purchasing the cover. This time around I purchased the printer with a Best Buy warranty.
