I’ve had this for over half a year so far and it’s been working great. Only gripe is that I tried to set up the automatic ink refill program and it wasn’t very easy to do. Printer works fine.

Great printer. I struggled to set it back up after I lived, but HP support was very helpful. Get instant ink if you have an HP. It’s awesome not to ever run out of ink or constantly be spending money on cartridges.

Love this printer! It was out of stock in the store so I went and bought it online. Its my ‘extra’ printer. I plan to vacation and work as well and this printer is the perfect size and shape. Connection was super fast. Printing quality is crisp.

You have to use the app on your phone to scan pictures/documents with your Phone Camera, the printer itself does not have scanner capabilities... bummer.

Easy to install. Easy to operate. Only caveat is your computer has to be the right operating system for it to print in color. Hasn’t been an issue as I just send documents to my iPhone or iPad to print in color. It’s an extra step but it’s not a big deal.

I bought this printer hoping it would be efficient with ink but it is not. Also, in order to print pages double-sided, you have to manually re-insert them into the printer. Not a big deal because your laptop screen will give you instructions, but I did not realize this before purchasing. I have also noticed that the printer error messages are usually not clear and therefore it takes me quite a few tries to figure out what is wrong with the printer. Overall a good printer for home use, it gets the job done while being locked inside for Covid but I don't think I'd buy it again.

This printer works well as long as you don’t need a physical scanner! The app is great and I can print from my phone tablet and computer. Not great for an older person though as there is nothing physically to see on the printer.

I searched high and low fo a printer compatible with my new MacBook M1 chip. I came across this one and I love it. The print quality is great, it is small and compact and I love that I can print from across the house!

Work fine as printers go. Only drawback I had was that I wanted to use on job sites and have to go thru wifi setup each time. Would have liked a wired connection also.

Overall i would have to say that this is an awesome printer... when i can get it to connect. it may be user error but the first time i set the printer up, everything was easy and went very smoothly. the next time i go to use it, its disconnected and i tried for 3 hours before i finally got it hooked up and now its been a couple weeks since i've used it because i became so frustrated with it i gave up. i wish i knew what the problem was. i want to actually use my printer instead of having it sit on a shelf.

This printer does everything you need for the standard home. We only really need to print off projects ot reports for the kids and this works great for that. We have the $3 monthly fee for new ink and that works fine for us. Solid wireless functionality as well.

Very small no need for a lot of space, first one was having a problem letters at the end of a paragraph will drop down a few times in all pages printed, it was return and replace. The second one is working fine. Very difficult to install with out the hp app. hp wants to keep track of what you are printing to sell your info, and sell you some ink. I was able to install the windows drivers with out giving then any info. very hard to do, make you fill like they own the printer that you paid for, no need to give them your private info.

This is a basic low cost printer that works well. If the only thing you need is a printer this is a good choice. Works well on all devices using the hp smart app on each device you want to print from. I would recommend this printer.

I like the printer and its capabilities. It was kind of hard to get it up and running, but we got it done. Also, the paper loading was limited to a few pages. Working it better will come with time.

Full featured printer. Compact design allows for use at home or on the road. Easy setup via smartphone app (both android and IOS). Bluetooth connection eliminates cumbersome wires. Clean, modern design with a space saving foot print.

I like the printer but am still learning how to use it. Instructions for set up and using the app are not very clear. I think once I have time to play with it and figure it all out, I’ll be happy with it
