I get a day of use maybe, then it drops. The diagnostic page that prints out says that it can’t find my network.. even though the router is 20 feet away. I’ve been through all my router settings 3 times now and nothing else on my network drops connection like this. It’s a shame because it’s a nice little printer otherwise.

My tip is... go by the printer lights, when the blue is “pulsing” it’s trying to connect but when it’s solid then it’s already connected but for me it often doesn’t say it’s connected on my phones internet

Great little smart printer

It is easy to setup and pairs with any phone quickly as well. It is voice activated. You can use it with Cortana, Alexa or Google Assistant, but make sure you are on the same network. Using the HP app, you can print from anywhere easily. This one doesn't have a in-built scanner. You use the app to scan documents and send it to printer. HP offers HP Instant Ink paid plan, with which you can print photos from your phone for free. Otherwise, the ink cartridges seem to be a bit expensive comparatively. This printer is also supported by IFTTT if you have lot of IoTs. I like the fact that this printer uses two ink cartridges, one of black and another for color instead of the four CYMK cartridges. There are no ports on the printer. All the setup and configurations are done via the phone app. You use the app to know the ink levels, how many papers are in the tray, etc. The print quality is really good. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a small portable smart printer for basic printing needs.
