Do not buy
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely worthless. I've wasted so much time trying to get it to connect to the network again and again. Out of the box it worked fine, but now it never connects. Have to reinstall the HP Smart app constantly. The simple fix instructions do nothing. Buy another brand if you can help it, the forced HP app is junk.

Simple, Elegant, and quick
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So after about 5 minutes setup, instantly ready to print. Used my iPhone to set it up and was able to print pictures right from my phone Color is pretty good for suck a small printer. Looks amazing from the outside, so with the wireless connection it is a great printer to just have on the counter in the kitchen. Easy to use for anyone.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has failed to maintain a reliable wireless connection. I can understand why that would quickly become frustrating, especially considering that other devices in your house connect fine. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I suggest you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various tasks and issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find the page here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If any problem persists, I hope you’ll contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

bad investment in ink and service
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ink does not last at all, if you want a printer to print a couple of times a month I suppose it works but for me it is not a good investment, I managed to print 4 photos and the ink began to fail and the black one if I could print 20 pages I don't get to 30 ... it really is a terrible purchase. I joined the program to get my ink before it runs out and I have been without ink for 9 days. it really is a bad investment.

Lost Drivers
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know why I'm having such a terrible time with this printer. for the first couple of months it worked fine, but then all of a sudden, it had a need for updated drivers. i did that, but then it said it couldn't find wifi connections and once that was corrected, it wanted to diagnose for new software drivers. I'm completely over this terrible printer.

Download App faulty; makes printer unusable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP App for downloading the printer kept failing, making the printer impossible to use. I returned the printer to Best Buy. It also received a terrible review. This information should have been provided to the customer prior to the purchase. This printer needs to be taken off the market - or the HP App has to be totally replaced.

Piece of Junk!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this printer for a year. The print quality was never great but ok for documents and recipes. Started streaking badly so added new ink, went through the cleaning and alignment process and streaks/missing colors are so bad, I can’t use. Total waste of money!!!
