    Don't buy it. Can't get it to set up to WIFI and HP support is terrible. I've set up a lot of printers so it's not me.

    Everything about this printer is poor quality compared to competitors or different HP models. The app, and UI is all bad. Spend a little more on a quality printer.

    Didn’t like! Very complicated! We were told that we could use with our phones and computer. Didn’t work with either! Kept getting errors! Returned it!

    Printer worked amazing for about 3 months. One day it randomly started jamming when feeding paper. I brought it in to Best Buy geek squad and they told me “it’s the 3rd one this week” that has had a similar issue.

    I’m absolutely disappointed in this printer . The color is always faded when printing , the images just suck. I paid way to much. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. I wish i would of retuned it within the time period .

    Couldn't get through the set up. confusing and impossible no customer service. Not worth the money. The app crashed repeatedly. and the ink tray pops open constantly. Do NOT buy this printer!

    I ended up having to return this printer, I got one that didn't work at all and when I went to exchange it they were out. So I was unimpressed.

    Was NOT told can not be used on store wifi. Had to call best buy for help as Samsung was NOT helpful. Kept transferring me and was on the phone for hours

    The printer has a convient size and has wireless connection. I only use a printer to print word documents and the printer handles that quite well. The printer is quiet and has a decent speed. I do not print pictures on printers and I am not sure anyone does but it does have that capability.

    This printer is awesome. It was very easy to set up and use. The color is wonderful and when printing photos, it actually prints completely edge to edge. This is the first printer I've had that does that without me having to jump through hoops to make that happen. I am very impressed.
