This docking station is working so far without any issues.

Do not buy Total Tech Care warranty! Its a complete scam and they won't cover anything. It doesn't cover much more than the regular manufacturer warranty. Save your money and shop somewhere else Bust Buy Customer service is terrible!

HP wanted to charge your money to fix this problem.
