    went to this power supply as the one that comes with the omen would always throw an error on my OMEN LT. It was always complaining about not enuff power. You could do a hardware patch to fix, but after research I decided to get it some real power which did not require me nuking my BIOS. So problem solved LOL

    Okay. We've all bought "generic" power adapter cords when the factory adapter goes "bad". Usually, after a relatively short time, you have to buy another one. I purchased the REAL universal power adapter from Best Buy. I will NEVER buy a "generic" universal adapter again. Never. Thanks.

    My brother gave me a laptop without the cord. So I purchased this one because of the two adapters. I wasn't sure of the port size. But I knew this would work. The high watts makes sure your laptop has the voltage it needs to work at top performance,

    I needed an additional power cord for my HP laptop as I just wanted one at my desk that I did not have to uproot every time. This adapter foot the bill for travel. It is less cumbersome than the one that comes with the laptop and so that stays at home.

    I had two older HP laptops and needed an extra power adapter so i could utilize both computers for genealogy projects at same time viewing two sites at same time. AWESOME Geek Squad taught me sooooooooo much! Make an appointment and find out for your self.

    Wife's laptop charger died and bought this as a replacement. It works, a little expensive, can buy online for cheaper, but she needed it right away. Her battery doesn't take a charge anymore :)

    Don’t waste your money on a cheaper power supply like I did I purchased a off brand power supply on amazon and it lasted about a week this HP power supply is awesome it works very well giving life back to my laptop
