Most of it is good and he likes playing games on it. However, He said it lags a bit when playing some games to the point he was thinking about returning it. Also, we were suppose to have 6 months of free anti software, however no code was given on the receipt nor in the emails. I even asked the sales reps they said they did not know. Tried everything they said and nothing. Not good look on Best Buy.
