Changing settings to eco mode while on battery helps with battery life. But should be plugged in when gaming.

I have had techs work on in the 4 months and still it works slow and sometimes won't work at all until I do several start ups. Began with dropping me from the internet a lot. A tech was able to get not to drop in the middle with updates, but still takes a while to recognize my home and office internet. Today took 4 start ups to get it running. The control hand pad sometimes doesn't work right.
