Laptop is fantastic and i got a good deal. I would recommend this product.

worked fine for 4 days then wifi symbol was completely gone. I had to reinstall windows and try a bunch of different things and eventually it came back. Im a software developer so its not user error Im guessing it was an update gone wrong but was extremely fustrating. other than that works great and seems like a good value for money. Im a casual gamer and dont usually play the newest high demanding visual games so cant speak to that.

I picked this up open box for $399 and increased RAM to 16GB for $50 (DDR4 not 5 as some documents say). I've been super happy with the laptop. It's snappy and I'm able to edit 3d models with no lag. I did have to dig in the BIOS for a setting to turn off the GPU fan when in standby. It was a high pitch annoyance and if the laptop is on standby it's not making much heat.

Great laptop for to help do multi-tasking of work on the go. Great budget laptop for light gaming. Laptop can have minor upgradable parts. Downside is the battery life drains quickly gaming.

I think the computer is amazing for the price and well worth the invest just a minor issue with the screen, it being not as bright as i would like but overall a great pc

Good computer if you can get it on sale. However you’ll probably need to acquire more ram as it uses about 75% on idle. I recommend at least 16GB

The HP Victus is an excellent machine for video games, but its battery is very fast to discharge. Recommended to always keep connected to the electrical current

Definely a great beginner gaming laptop. I really like it. It runs games pretty good but the graphics for games would have to medium for games to run smoothly. But i do highly recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She is a beginner gamer and uses this computer for only gaming. She is impressed with the improved graphics and speed provided by this computer.

I think it is a solid computer and my kids love playing minecraft on it...but I'd say opening programs for the first time, even just an internet browser is slow.
