Good laptop My son love it Great Great Great Great

Multiple issues with BIOS. Lots of bloatware. Wouldnt purchase again.

So trying to get this laptop setup and notice that the network wifi connection is dropping persistently so that downloads are not completing. Tried updating, found some update's missing but nothing resolved. Tried HP virtual assistant etc and could not get connected. Finally found a support number and got through to an agent in decent time. The first goto was to reset the PC. In process now and he promised to callback in 2-3 hours.

The laptop itself is great, but sadly im returning it because the wifi card that they put into the laptop sucks. I cant play games and cant even watch youtube without the wifi suddenly cutting off on the laptop itself. I already updated the drivers for everything and its still happening.

so upset. it has the whistling noise. It just keeps getting worse. When i make a video, you can hear it even though i am using an external microphone. So disappointed. I always have a sound issue with HP. Regret this purchase

The headphone jack only supports headphones with two contacts, not three. Seeing how the vast majority of headphones and earphones use three contacts, this essentially makes the headphone jack useless. Furthermore, the bluetooth module on this laptop is broken. This is not an issue with my particular laptop, but with the entire line. It simply cannot detect or pair with other devices. If you need bluetooth, stay away. Overall, this laptop advertises two features that do not work - the headphone jack and the bluetooth. Not worth the cost at any price. This is one of the worst laptops I have ever had the misfortune of owning. Unfortunately, I only discovered these design flaws after my return period was over. Stay away from this model line if you need these features.

I was exceptionally disappointed with this laptop. Significant lagging on simple PC functions (eg. start menu open). The ONLY computer I have ever returned after one week of use. NOT RECOMMENDED

Never recieved this item. They delivered it to somebody but it wasnt me and they refuse to do anything about it. Told me I just had to pay for it. Well i'm not paying for what I did not receive. So anybody thinking of getting anything delivered from these people, think twice.

Fast nice clean ZERO ROOM TO UPGRADE STORAGE, any laptop should offer at 2 slots

Trash computer. Had it for a month and keyboard is already messed up.

I bought this laptop back in 2021, and wanted to game on it as well as surf the web in my free time. I enjoyed playing games like Skyrim, racing games, and a few other ones I don't remember at the moment. The graphics card was fantastic for what I needed, and I appreciate the Intel CORE product in laptops. I enjoyed the fast response the laptop gave, it didn't have any overheating issues, kept a decent charge without needing to be plugged in all the time. I also enjoyed writing emails on the keyboard, smooth typing, and very little lag. It was a little over $1,000 dollars, but definitely well worth the money. I also bought a headset, mouse, and enjoyed using the headphones for sound in my games.

I work out at sea 4 months at a time and my laptop is my main form of entertainment. I'm not a huge gamer, but I do enjoy gaming an hour or two a day, so I need it to run the games I do enjoy playing smoothly. I got advice from a couple of employees at my local Best Buy, including a member of the Geek Squad since I had some features I wanted to make sure it had, specifically that it could play Hogwarts Legacy, since my last laptop, was as nice as it was wouldn't let me play that game. I also needed to know that the Memory and Space were updatable since my last laptop had the RAM built in, which meant I couldn't add more memory to play those games. I've never owned an HP before, mostly ASUS, but so far I love this laptop. I would like to add some more space since it only has 512 GB SSD. So I've had this laptop for about 2 months, and so far I love it

Purchased for my daughter for school and video games. So far it has been great!

this is the best gaming laptop i’ve ever used the gps on this game is good there is a ethernet on it just it needs more usb plug ins so i got a usb enstend cord so yeah this is the best i’ve used

Careful, the motherboard didn't last the year. HP wouldn't honor the warranty so definitely be careful
