Good laptop if you catch it on sale, not sure it's worth full price. Keyboard has surprisingly good feedback and feel to it. Screen is impressive for the resolution. Trackpad isn't my favorite, but still is far from the worst I've experienced.

great computer with upgrades however would of chosen different model knowing i cannot charge without a AC plugin. Was looking for the on the go setup. Otherwise does what i needed it to do

Run nicely but battery is dead after just two years and new cost abiut 60% of original computer price. Shoud batteries last longer and wasn't unreasonably expensive, I would give it coule more stars.

Really great for what I needed it for which is actually more of a work computer than gaming but love it can do both. I’d say the only con so far is the picture quality but for the price you can’t beat it. Really happy with it so far.

Right out of the box I had trouble with the WiFi card in this laptop. I was able to troubleshoot the drivers (thankfully I had access to an ethernet cord and a router). I still have to wait ~3min every time I turn it on for it to connect to the WiFi. Otherwise it runs good, upgraded to 16GB of RAM

I bought this computer when it was on sale for about $500. Not bad but the fans do kind of get overwhelmed easily with games. I haven't been able to run Xbox games or even Fortnite on high quality so there's that.. It also glitches out on the lowest and the only game that runs smoothly is Roblox.. I'm not a gamer but I was looking forward to playing so this did disappoint me in that regard. Not sure if it's a defect but I would go for a PC instead of the laptop full price. Just my opinion. Again, not sure if this is just a me issue so for that reason I give it 3 stars.

Body could have been sturdy. Track pad automatically gets clicked when placing wrists and rest them on laptop edges. Could have placed separate power on button. However, empowers to do the job with given budget constraint.

It was awesome with the offer from Best Buy making it legendary.

Absolutely beautiful laptop for the price. I absolutely cannot complain, seriously. Feels heavy and not sure if metal or plastic but definitely good quality regardless

Great price for the specs and least the 512GB and a great video card to help and the 144hz refresh and a medium video card but least gives the video the extra power even if you arent using it for gaming

I’m really impressed so far with this computer. The ryzen 5 7535 is quite efficient and the rtx 2050 is better than I expected. Best Buy got it to me in a day. Very impressed Best Buy! Great service.

Pretty decent laptop for the price although definitely needs more ram for what it gives you.

For the price, I thought this would be an awesome budget, something good for esports and other tasks, but this laptop ended up kicking the bucket after fairly normal use within a year of owning it. The battery ended up catching fire in the repair shop and fried most of the components, making it unusable, avoid at all costs!!!

I have only used it for a month, but it works. When I have been playing games, it has had a couple minor crashes but I'm not too concerned. Overall, good computer.

Daughter loves her laptop, great for gaming. Screen is a nice size also.

Fits my gaming and working needs for a computer, while being on the lower budget size, had to upgrade memory, and updated sdd. The one drawback is there is only one sdd slot. so expanding hard drive space is a pain.

I very happy the purchase, good quality for the price, i bought it for my son, and he is super satisfied with his new gaming laptop.

Good up to ps2 Emulator imo. Latency is unmanageable for ps3 games. Cloud streaming and remote play are flawless with a true worthy title of high def. Just depends on what you’re needing, but was perfect for my case

Great laptop. I needed a new laptop because my old one couldnt keep up with the games i play and overheated a lot.

The brightness is not insufficient but could be better. Randomly turned off on me when too many tabs were opened. I haven't had the chance to play games on this device yet. Slowed down with too many tabs. Not the best at multitasking.
