First my fault, I bought a open box excellent condition which was only $15 cheaper than a new one. It arrived cracked, so being the laptop was on sale I tried to do an even exchange, after 2 hours on with customer service they finally agreed to a replacement. I sent my laptop back and I saw the replacement on my account I was happy. That was until a day later my account said the item had been canceled. I again called customer service and spent another 2 hours on the phone being hung up on and being told there was nothing they could do about it. I offered to pay the difference for a new one, but was told they would just issue a refund. In any other circumstance that would have been fine, but they then refused to honor the sale price to repurchase it. Finally supervisor after supervisor I was promised a refund plus a credit to purchase a new laptop, but again once the refund came through it was just the original amount with no credit. I still don't have a laptop and now they are out of stock. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, offering no solutions, told sorry your feelings are hurt but there's nothing we can do. I was lied to many times promised things I recorded and still they would not honor the deals they had made. I'm a very upset never did I think I would have an experience like this with Best Buy. It use to be my trusted place to shop, but not any more. I rather shop Amazon at least I know they stand by their products and promises.
