    I’ve never been this disappointed in Best Buy. I had ordered this computer on Jan 16 2024 and it was delayed “ order had not even left fulfillment center”. I a whole month went by with the customer service promising that it will arrive in a few days over and over again. Order had auto canceled due to the failure of fulfillment. When I reordered It, I picked it up from the store on Feb. 17th. I had bought it on sale and had to fight to get this for the price I had originally ordered it for. The battery only lasts for around 3 hours while just doing collage school work and not even gaming. This huge company had an issue just making the moment right and that’s unacceptable to me.
