This is a trash laptop

But the last update made it so external mouse and keyboard will not work. External monitor still works when plugged into the same box as keyboard and mouse. Tried many things to fix it. My last expensive HP laptop only lasted 2 years before dying. This one lasted 10 months before this happened. Never buying another HP product again.
