36 days after receiving, it booted to no Internet connection. Reset and only connection available now is Ethernet. Contacted support and they said take it to the store and disconnected without giving me a chance to respond. Do NOT recommend this product or the support I received.

I would never order from them again. I purchased an order for a laptop which was never sent to me nor have i gotten my refund. Ive called numerous times and went to the location several times just to get the run around.

This computer was nice but only ised it for a hour or so because the track pad is broken and that's a deal breaker

Fantastic laptop for the price on sale. You aren't going to beat the value. You might want to upgrade the RAM, but so far I have had no issues using Lightroom, Photoshop and playing Planet Coaster with a mix of Medium-High settings. (Ultra slows it to a crawl, but this is an entry-level GPU) Getting a discrete graphics card at all for around $500 is incredible. Display is excellent. CPU is speedy. Speaker sound isn't tremendous, but better than other budget laptops I have owned. Battery life is the weakest part. Even without gaming it goes out in around 2 hrs. That is my one major caveat. Overall, a wonderful machine.

Here is what I feel are the Pros and the Cons. Pros: - Price - Audio (the audio is much better on this computer than my previous one) - Graphics Cons: I had to add additional RAM - The battery life is not so great.

So, I've been looking for a great gaming laptop and this will not Disappoint! It is so nice and smooth, the graphics are fantastic! I love that it has all the tools you need for a gamer laptop. I use to have a HP with Ryzen3 and when I got this I was blown away so crisp so clear! Very good for a first gamer laptop! 5 stars! Very Happy with it!.
