This is a solid Laptop; sturdily built, good sound, screen size, Input/Outputs, and runs/surfs quickly. Likewise, having received a refurbished Laptop from Joy Systems, I can say their work is quite good. Visually, this system is undamaged, and booted and updated immediately, no ghost files and programs in the system. All in all, I can recommend both the Laptop and the Provider

It does what I need. Gets very slow once battery low. Also, it doesn't seem to cool very well.

Pretty decent hardware, great for the price as well. The customization options for performance are easily accessible and able to take on a lot of modern software with minimal issues. At most there’s light and occasional frame stutter. I would absolutely recommend.

One of the cheapest gaming laptops ever and its good

This has been the best purchase I ever made. This laptop changed my experience with playing my games and accessing different websites. Everything is super fast and crystal clear. I love it!!

I am a teacher and needed a computer before beginning the school year. I had my last laptop for probably 10 years and it died. This computer does everything I need it to do. It processes quickly, no crashing, quick download. I have no complaints.

After I used all the energy I went to plug it in overnight. My laptop didn’t end up charging and, after some research, I had to unplug and replug the charger battery in the morning. It ended up charging after that. Besides that, the laptop has been working well overall.

This computer is for my son and he loves it!! Everything that he needs for school and gaming that he does. Overall great computer!

It’s a great budget laptop, perfect for an entry level gaming laptop, I’m using it for light architecture work and education. I highly recomend adding 32gb of ddr5 ram

I love this laptop! It’s sleek and nice looking, the keyboard lights up blue with the touch of a button, everything about it is nice. I use it for all of my computer needs, notes, social media, video games are cranked up to the max and this computer can handle it and the picture is so beautiful. Obviously I’m not a tech person and can’t tell you about it from that perspective, but my husband is tech guy and is jealous. It’s literally the only laptop/computer that I’ll ever really need/want. So happy with it. I bought it while on sale, and I’d say it’s even worth it not on sale.
