I like the item because the price and the laptop is really good talking about performance, the only thing that I dont like is that if you play videogames the laptops fans are gonna start making loud noises

Bought last summer, still working perfectly. PS: it is not for high end gamers but it pretty much run every game in moderate level. Battery is also good too. If you don't game, only problem I have so far is touchpad, it is working but not really practical as it should be.

Got this on sale for my daughter pre-Christmas and so far working great. She plays Roblox and Minecraft so no high end visual fidelity type games but she loves every thing about this thing. With the great sale price I couldn't be happier.

This is a great laptop for multiple uses. It is great for a student that wants to also play games or the gamer just getting into pc gaming. Only downside is the relatively small hard drive for today’s multi DLC games.

I’m only giving 4 stars because of the Geek Squad service. We asked them to set it up. When I got it, there were still a lot of updates, and the time zone was wrong! I took it to a local store, so they should’ve set the time zone. The laptop seems to be good. Windows 11 will take some time to get used to it.

Bought as a gift and she truly loves the HP laptop. It’s not the most powerful gaming laptop but is perfect for casual gamers who is not into AAA title games. Display is good, battery life is good and she loves the backlight on the keyboard.

Pretty good laptop, doesn't overheat. Plastic shell is the only drawback but it doesn't flex so that is good. Excellent for the price.

Fast CPU Fast GPU Fast ssd what else could you ask for? I upgraded ram to 32gb will be using for the next couple of years. Only downside is the 54wh battery that does not last long enough.

The laptop is really good. It had flickering issues when i started using it at the beginning but after some updates the issue got resolved however it does flicker rarely other than that everything is good.

Purchased for my son who says its great for his needs and has tried light gaming on it. He would recommend it for internet and ms office type software.

The 12th gen intel processor make this laptop is a 5 star. Even though you can play games on it I would say this will be better for work, school, social media and web. You are getting a lot of specs for the sale price. The one thing I wish it had is a touch screen, non the less you will not find anything close to this at this price.

Very good overall laptop for the sales price. The lighted keypad is a great feature! And it’s very fast. The only negative is that the AC Adapter plug seems to fit a little loosely.

It is a great gaming laptop. You can load any games that you want. It has a good display the battery last a long time it is great for people that are into gaming

Bad "Gaming laptop". I added 32gb ram and with the 1650 this beast should run most modern games fine. Nope... The giant flaw is the CPU, it's severely underpowered. You will lag in the game because the CPU will hit 100% capacity. GPU will be fine, ram will be fine, temps will be fine... I have owned this for a year now and it's become a giant disappointment. Get a laptop with a better CPU, you'll be happier you did. Also battery life is crap, you have to keep this plugged in will die quick.

Web surfing is great, gaming not so great GPU isn't strong enough at 67% used it thermal throughtals and will make my game lag and can't play lots of games and does not get performance it should

Has been running great for a year now. Have had no issues with it. Been very reliable for doing schoolwork and playing games.
