The only thing I would recommend for this laptop is that you buy a laptop stand from BestBuy so it was good airflow and your performance doesn’t get affected because of heat.

Cant run games like overwatch on max settings but if you lower them its very smooth. Only other complaint is the battery life. Aside from that its great for what it is and i dont regret my purchase at alll

So I bought another 16GB RAM, just to find out both memory slots were occupied. Poor service and poor verification process.

The build quality of the laptop shouldn’t be expected to be top notch, but I wouldn’t consider it bad by any means. Very fast with decent battery life. Good for gaming and for school. Display could be better, but again not the worst.

You do get more higher end customizations with Omen if you need it. With my requirements, this fit just right. I don’t do much gaming, and if I did, I am ok not having the Ultra settings all the time. I’m terms of editing, I do have a MacBook Pro that I use that works pretty well. Battery life could use a bit of work. The screen colors aren’t super accurate. These were things that didn’t bother me when purchasing this laptop during a steep sale. I do have it docked and connected to 2 monitors, so the downfalls didn’t bother me much. Overall, not a bad purchase.
