Laptop is very nice, its balanced in the screen clarify and the lighting to the keyboard which is what I was looking for. Cons: The battery dies rather fast when unplugged and keyboard lights are on. However that is to be expected.

I got this for my kid because he likes gaming. His last computer was old and not able to keep up with all that's needed for competent gaming. This one is lightening quick and more than capable of meeting his needs.

After constant issues with the wifi disengaging and having to use an external Wifi adapter, this has become a problem for this laptop. It is a hit or miss if the Wifi will work. Now we are experiencing crashes that I have to address to get this back up and running. I keep everything patched with the latest drivers. I do have a great tech support background to address most issues, but the Wifi working and then not working is a real pain. I would not buy this laptop again.

Pretty good for a budget laptop, panel's a tad big for me

We are happy with the included components and features. The Core I7-12650 and the dedicated RTX3050TI graphics allow us to use this laptop in a lot of roles. It also has a more conservative look which I really appreciated.

Do not buy. The specs for the price a great, however this laptop is unreliable. Here is my experience: After a few days of having the laptop and installing 2 softwares (Wow, discord), the computer froze briefly with no response for a few seconds. This happened twice in the first week. Thought not much more of it. After the second week, the computer completely froze indefinitely with no response from mouse pad, keys, or any other inputs. The screen also flickered and shifted intermittently. I had to force restart. Upon reboot, the laptop had to be recovered but was unable to recover. It was essentially bricked. HP claimed it was a software issue and was not covered by warranty. They recommended I purchase a plan for $50 to fix the issue. I took it back to Best Buy for a refund within their return policy thankfully. However, at the store when looking at the same laptop, the store model frozen and was unresponsive. The store associate and I agreed it was not the best choice given this is starting to become a known issue. Other than that, it’s a good computer for the specs and price, but imo not worth the risk of it turning into a paper weight with zero warranty support from the manufacturer.

It's pretty good, though I miss Touch-Screen. I don't really need move my device about, but if that's what you expect to do, note that it is heavier than many other laptops.

It was an excellent purchase that once my son set it up I was able to do all I had always done. Although, I am not a gamer but it is the model my son selected and really it is perfect for me.

This laptop is for my son to take to collage. He really is impressed with it, especially for the price. It’s lightweight, powerful enough to do everything he wants, and also has a nice look to it. Great laptop!
