We love them

They run some of the highest graphics games on high and ultra settings with little to no issues at all, generally runs ultra around 60-120 FPS. Older games have normal old game issues but newer(or at least well maintained) ones run fine!

Trackpad Doesn't Work/Stuck

Webcam Stopped working withing a year.

The webcam stopped working within a year of purchasing and I went to Best Buy after a month of my warranty expired as I was travelling and no help but asked to send the laptop to HP as it might be a hardware failure. I am not receiving any help what so ever from HP Support.

Needed a Wdws 10 or 11 to run TurbTax this year. Have not used this machine much - set up was simple once I worked around the MS account requirement. Works as advertised. Four stars cause it 2 USB ports - I would have liked 3, but for the sale price, I will live with 2. Also, keyboard back light does not come on automatic - must manual turn on.
