It’s a great laptop faster than my gaming laptop my only gripe is the materials used. Don’t get me wrong it’s still well made thing, I just don’t care for plastic. It looks like a productivity daily laptop with a sleeper gaming aspect in it.

I wasn't sure what to expect given this is the first gaming laptop I've bought but it surprised me. It runs very nice for what its worth. I would rate this higher but the battery doesn't even last an hour while gaming before needing to be charged.

Great gaming laptop. I haven't had any issues with it. It delivers fast and smooth downloads. My only slight criticism, would be the lack of a screen resolution. I actually bought a separate monitor to resolve that though. Overall, I would highly recommend to any gamer!

Great when it will connect to the internet but often has issues with connecting. Continues to not connect when internet is working properly. Not overjoyed with having spent money to have it not work correctly.

For a gaming laptop, this is an okay machine. The visuals are not as crisp and the sound is lacking. I have a Acer gaming laptop as well and this is not even close to the quality of that. But you get what you pay for. Decent enough for beginning gamers.

It is a fairly complete laptop in its functions, its good image quality and its interface. It's fast and efficient with an average job, functional for what I want. It lacks a bit of sound but it's still good. and i would recommend it

I purchased this machine from Best Buy and really liked it until the internal sound card started distorting. I tried a few attempts at running sound are diagnostics and several attempts at resetting and rebuilding the install but the problem seemed to be a hardware failure. The sound card would run for the first 3 hours of use after boot, then it would distort even if the Notebook had been dormant. I was unable to get any support from HP via their website. Disappointing. Best Buy was very nice about the problem and the return process was easy.

I really enjoy the keyboard sound, and the option to turn on/off the lighting. I wish this one came with customizable keyboard lighting, but it is okay. The camera is decent, and sound is wonderful. Thoroughly happy with my purchase.

The HP laptop is great. it's fast, quiet, and doesn't heat up like my work dell laptop. It has a nice large screen, though I wish they would have options to not buy touch screens. NO ONE USES A TOUCH SCREEN.

So far so good. Only complaint I have is cashier had me sign up for antivirus software. I am not using it and have no idea how to cancel it. It's s 6 month trial then they hit my credit card I don't intend to use this antivirus.

This PC is amazing and handles everything that I throw at it. The reason for the four stars is because there seems to be a lag when I wake it from the sleep setting…it may be a user error thing. Other than that it works really well

I invested in this computer because I needed a great computer for work and this one was recommended. It was great for a few days until random apps started freezing the whole screen and it doesnt let me get out of it even if I close the laptop. I can usually do what I need on top of it, but I sometimes see the frozen screen faded in the background which is very distracting. Also, too many things can never be openened at the same time, so its something I have to be constantly thinking about, and always remember to close the tab/app the minute I'm done with it. Not impressive for a very expensive computer...

Got this for my wife with the intention of playing my PC games on it. I don't play any crazy graphics games but the laptop has been awesome so far. Only down side would be is that it has a terrible camera.

Seems alright so far , couple things i am concerned about. Will be taking it in to be looked at. But it has upheld the needs my job required. The ether port is very difficult to remove the cable but it is a good fit.

item itself is fine but the pictures on the website were wrong for the model i was buying, thought i was getting more IO than i received. Over all everything else panned out to be right

The only negative point is that it does not have an extra space enabled to install another ssd, so to enlarge the memory you have to replace the one that comes from the factory. Thats why i dont give it 5 stars...

My son is absolutely obsessed with his new loptop he was somexcited. I did research for 2 months and got this on sale for 749.00 and for this proce it is amazing.

Love that it had a built in ethernet port and that I could upgrade it to a 1TB SSD drive to that I could have my thousands of pictures on my computer at my fingertips to Photoshop.

I came in looking for a gaming laptop without much knowledge what I was looking for. I got a ton of help from the employee to pick this one out and i'm very happy with it so far.

I biught it fir my husband for Christmas and he opened it early and is more than happy with it! Told me i couldnt have gotten him a better laptop for work.
