Love my new laptop great replacement for my desktop

So far so good, it does & works as it was told to me

Cheap for a reason. Bought this laptop 10 days ago and already have issues. Opening and closing random applications not able to use or play any games unless restarted few times. Stops on his own

Very bulky, heavy - the battery is very poor, hardly give 1.5hrs on full charge. The laptop fans can be noisy and it heats up easily.

Not a long battery life. Graphics/reaction are good Returned this product only because of the poor battery life. It will not evenblast 2 hours before you havw to plug in..

The laptop itself works as intended with a few minor bugs when it comes to updating by itself. It would have had 5 stars if my preowned Victus came as advertised, but even then it still functions perfectly.

Terrible by save your money, and do not buy this laptop. Operating system crashed and was not able to restart on day 2 of using this laptop. Best Buy and geek squad are no help.

I buy that lap from the online. It's really a bad experience for me. Because now the battery is dead i just returned the product

Should never have bought a laptop with no touchscreen. My husband has never had one without it. It is almost useless to him.

Middle big block of power cord gets very hot and it’s so heavy it pulls cord out of laptop too easily.

definitely not what i was expecting from a gaming laptop, you cant customize it.

Computer screen isn't connected properly. Constant black screen even when you move the laptop. 3rd HP I've bought for my family. Never again. HP help just says take it to a service center. Bad product.

I would give it a zero if I could. I used it 3 times and the operating system crashed.

Issue with graphics card. Getting stuck in middle of game sometimes.

Good equipment for daily multitasking but not enough gpu power for graphics heavy gaming..

I bought this as 'Open Box - Excellent'. Within 24 hours of using this laptop, games began to freeze while loading. I returned two days later. Maybe just bad luck, maybe 'open box' quality control is lacking. Will try my luck again soon as I still need a gaming laptop. Disappointed as I thought I was getting a really good deal. Maybe the deal was too good.

Specs are great. Have not experienced lag and can handle multiple apps at once on multiple screens, 3 to be exact. So far I have only played fortnite with no lag whatsoever. It ran smoothly. Also played fall guys. I will try more games and update performance. The bad thing is the battery. It dropped from 100 percent to 13 percent in 27 minutes while playing fortnite. Yes, i timed it. Regular use such as browsing the web and watching youtube here and there was 4 hours and 17 minutes for it to die completely. Cant complain as it charges pretty fast and you can keep it plugged. The screen does have wobble which might be annoying but you get over it. If you use multiple monitors you will have to play with the color settings as there is a light washed out look. For the price (799 plus tax for total of 863) it is a great deal. Runs Microsoft apps like a true champ. I like this computer so far. It looks great. Sleek and smooth. Feels tough except for the wobble. It is solidly built. The keyboard is great. One of my favorite keyboards on a laptop so far.

I purchased this laptop for 3 weeks already and it keeps overheating (70,80,90 Celsius) even when I was playing a low demanding game or surfing the browser. I searched online on how to lower the laptop's temperature and have already tried limiting gpu and cpu use, lower brightness, clean the laptop, changing the power plan, improving ventilation by elevating the laptop with a book and using a side fan, but it will never fail to overheat. I am now always paranoid to open any application and end up damaging the laptop from the high temperatures.

It’s an ok laptop… not a top laptop but not bad either.

Advertised the wrong graphic. It had a horrible graphics card in it instead of the RTX 3050 Ti when it only have Integrated Intel UHD Graphics. And battery life is awful, only lasts about an hour max.
