Speedy computer, great for gaming, no lag per my son

System looks good and feels good. However, it was the advertised specification claimed there was a single 16 gig RAM memory card leaving the 2nd memory slot available for a second 16 gig RAM memory card to get to the maximum supported 32 gig. This was a lie. It came with 2 x 8 gig cards. Extra $100+ and wasted memory to max it out.

After only three months, the combination bluetooth and wireless WLAN adapter died on the night before one of my son's college midterms. Fortunately we were able to get him his old computer. Even if it's covered under a warranty, I don't have time to ship it off somewhere so I have to eat the cost of replacing it.

Overheats, all the time! Playing games like WoW, on low settings, and still managed to overheat, awful!

It’s a really great laptop for the price! It can handle some beefier games with relative ease. I’ve been super satisfied with it. Only thing I find is that the battery doesn’t last long at all when I game. I don’t mind playing while on the charger but this’ll affect the battery in the long run. Overall super neat tho!

Complete piece of garbage. Ran well for the first 30 days. On day 31 I woke up to a hard drive failure. It was sitting over right as it usually does. No programs running. Just idle. Absolute crap.

This is the cheapest laptop that you can get for the specs. It is a little too heavy but it works wonderful! It is not noisy compare to other gaming laptop with similar spec. It consumes battery really quick but it is charged fast as well so no biggie

Mechanical issues two weeks after purchase. Had to send it out to HP to fix.

Will not completely work with certain Docking Stations.

Decent quality laptop, reasonable price. No issues with functions, a good buy.

Great laptop for gaming can run high end games smoothly

I got this somewhere in Nov. 2022. I've gotten a new PC a few months ago so I'm currently making some changes. The laptop was good and I had no issues. I did have a few problems when it comes to connecting with wifi, or frame drops. But overall, not bad for that price. I would recommend you should buy it if you want something portable. (mine is dusty)

Love it. Does absolutely everything I need it to. It’s beautiful and performs wonderfully with gaming, school work, and whatever else I need it to do.

This laptop is great for people who are dtarting in the gaming laptops. Thw 12th gen intel i7 with the nvidia 3050 ti is out of the park. With 2 8 gb ram you will get alot m this laptop

Well… I had been looking for a new laptop… the last one was an HP Laptop, my desktops before that? Yup… ALL HP’s! I actually almost went with another maker (Lenovo) even had it ready for pickup when I purchased it and even looked at ACER and ASUS brands but at the end of the day, went with this laptop. What brought me to buy this particular one? Few things… First off, the graphics card. Yeah, youll spend a few hundred dollars more from what you’ll get from a cheaper laptop with the same brand but its all about future proofing a laptop, longevity of life for the next 5 years at least! Also, the extra cost means that youll get double the ram and SSD, 16 GB and 512 GB SSD respectfully. What I also like about it is how fast it boots up! I didnt have a Windows OS in sometime the last one being 8 I believe? I have seen some people write that they have issues with it (Windows 11) and there is one minor issue with it… how the start icon isnt on the lower left side… Again, not the end of the world as the keyboard has a start icon but just something to take note of. I’ll also mention something a bit of a letdown is the small boxed cursor pad on the bottom of the laptop… (this is where I’ll suggest to buy a mouse) when i feel im left clicking on it, its actually right clicking. A bit annoying but not a deal-breaker. People are mentioning on the battery life how it lasts only an hour but I dont think thats the case. How people are mentioning it runs hot and makes a ton of fan noise? No and Somewhat. When the fan makes noise and it does when running Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (assuming under Ultra settings) I instantly touch the bottom of the laptop to feel if it is burning up (my last older HP laptop had this issue), to my surprise, it wasnt hot nearly at all! It does lose a star because my wife tells me to lower the volume of my laptop when I told her its the fan of the laptop thats making the noise, she tells me to stop playing that game thats making that noise so is it wife-proof? It is not. :( All in all though, this is a solid laptop, which I hope goes on sale soon so that other people can take advantage of this laptop at a cheaper price… wasnt looking to spend this much on a laptop but when it comes to everything i was getting (A respectable maker the last 25 years), the 16 GB Ram, 512 GB SSD Drive, awesome graphics card, and even a 720P Webcam, the investment I’d say is very worth it! Sure, there are other laptops out there with more firepower, and better specs and processor but for the price you are getting with this, you cant go wrong! (Just buy a mouse - whether if its a gaming one or not) and you’ll be fine!
