Great hardware except for: -the tiny SSD. 2 modern games and it's full. -the screen. Why do PC manufacturers still sell laptops with early 2000's garbage DPI?

Not a Fan got this years ago when new. It gets way too hot even with fan on max and horrible battery life last like 3 hours at most then you have to plug it in. Not! Upgradable for future use. I wish I could get my money back. Graphics card is bad equivalent to RTX 1660 Ti. waste of 900 dollars

Excellent laptop none none note book laptop very functioning

HP - Victus supports a great gaming experience. I love playing games like Roblox, Forza, and Minecraft with my friends and I never experience one bit of lag, even with other windows open. One thing I'm not a fan of is the lack of keyboard lighting. I am trying to write this review on my HP - Victus in the dark and the only light is from the screen which really sucks. But, the computer overall is really great especially if you're just starting gaming. I got the computer about 1-2 months ago and have no problems other than keyboard lighting. The other thing I would fix would be the of storage because i have 6 games, and I have only 50 gigabits left of 476 gigabits. Overall great Gaming PC

Purchased two of these, both in "Open Box - Excellent" condition. One didn't come with a power adapter. I was told by Best Buy that they'd give me $25 credit to purchase one (which costs over $100) or I could return the laptop. Once I worked through all of the customer service nonsense related with getting what I purchased, the laptop died after 2 weeks of use. Now it's off for repair (which is an HP problem not a Best Buy problem).

After 1 day of purchase, I notice the battery life only lasts an hour & a half. 4 days after purchase, the laptop starts to slow down, and the fps drop enormously (went from 120 to 30 consistently). Sure, there are some expensive parts in this but the other components aren't good at all.

The software on this computer has issues, HP knows about them and yet they won't pull these from the shelf. I bought my computer a day ago, went through the set up process and the bluetooth stopped working. We chatted with HP and they told me I would need to return the laptop and get a new one. Same issue with computer number 2. We are now returning the computer for a 2nd time and will be getting our money back. But this is the computer that best buy recommended we buy. It has been nothing but frustrates and a waste of time, money and gas.

Can you hook up a VR to this model? Are you able to play VR games?

I bought two of these, one works perfectly, the other came with a factory problem on the motherboard and it never worked, to top it off, HP did not take care of the guarantee and I had to fix it in a technical service where it broke again 3 months later, unusable.
