nothing special, great price, works just fine, and wanted to stay with HP. I had to slow the settings down a touch for my liking, so it wasn't running all over the page for me, and another slight con is its a touch noisy of a click

I just expected a little more higher quality of plastic. Also, the USB dongle that connects to the laptop fits into the mouse when not in use but does not click; so I necessarily do not know if I can close the battery cap.

It's easy to carry around in my backpack and easy to click fast. Sometimes it gets stuck though so I just click rapidly and it goes away

It works, nothing really special about it. If you want a $6 quality mouse, this is it. The click was loud and not smooth to click.

this is a good buy, plug and play, works well with my macbook. My only problem is that it feels a little too small for my hands and the "clicker" seem to be clicking loudly. Other than that its a good mouse to get if you just want something for everyday use that's also portable

    Poor quality

I began experiencing issues with this mouse shortly after receiving it. The scroll wheel typically slips so that when I try to scroll up or down, it will often stutter and either only move a little, or *go in the opposite direction. @@@@@ I've also had repeated issues where clicks do not register, though I'm not sure if that is an issue with the mouse itself or the wireless dongle it came with.

At the price I got it for, good deal. Too twitchy and it feels like you've click the button but nothing happens until you click it again. Not worth paying much more than the 4 bucks I paid.

Its a nice, sleek and wireless device. But one thing I noticed is the noise on click of the mouse button is more. Rest, looks good

Great price on this wireless mouse. I use single click, and sometimes the right click button does not work requiring another click. It is a little slow to wake-up, but I would rather wiggle the mouse than change a battery.

Good for low cost option if you don't need a silent clicking mouse. Clicks feel bulky/heavy on mouse. Overall average.

Got this to go with my work laptop as I am not a fan of trackpads and this gets on to my nerves. Saw the ratings and got it in first place. The click is so hard and annoying when you are in a silent room. Not worth the money with better options from Microsoft and Logitech.

I'm pretty picky about my mouse. This one physically clicks in a bad angle for me. It's like the back end or the mouse is too high -- so there is a steep angle for my hand to rest (and I do not have that large a hand). And you know what they say about people with large hands... They need a large mouse. But for the price... I guess I can live with it.

At a sale price of $8 I couldn't pass this up but since buying it a month ago I've almost gone back to the old wired mouse a few times. The buttons are just too stiff, not registering clicks very well. Otherwise it's fine with easy setup (just plug the USB thingy in and it's good to go) and accurate. It's also a bit small for my tastes which could cause issues for anyone with carpal tunnel issues. The one I bought for my wife has since been replaced because it's too small even for her small hands and it was hurting her wrists.

This is a great plug and play mouse. It is a little smaller than the'regular' desktop size, so it will feel a bit strange the first couple of times you use it. It is pretty basic, but nothing beats its price (if you get it on sale, you can pay under $10! @@@@@@@ . I only have 2 small issues with it: - The receiver does not have a slot in the mouse (like many Microsoft models), so then you have to either keep it plugged in the laptop or travel with the mouse in a zipped bag/backpack pocket. - It would have been nice to have more quite / softer clicks

This mouse works as advertised and it was a great price. However, I won't be sad when it dies. The scroll wheel surface is VERY slick -- to slick. I've resorted to using a rubber fingertip or (gross!! @@@@@@@ licking my finger to get any traction on the wheel. Since neither of those works really well, the wheel is all but useless. Also, the buttons are very loud when the click and I find it distracting.

This review is coming from someone who received the mouse as a gift-not someone who purchased it. The mouse works great (considering I didn't pay anything for it). The reason why I gave it a 4 star was because my package was deliberately opened, and the box the mouse came in was damaged. If I had to be picky, I'll say that the only thing that really bothered me was how fast the cursor is in default. Also there is no red in the mouse as shown on the picture-the mouse is solid black. I had to manually adjust the settings in my computer to make it acceptable towards my preference. Also, the "clicking" noise of it does drive me a bit nuts-very annoying. My old mouse didn't do that. Overall, great mouse (however, the price its selling for is not worth it) purchase it on sale-or how I received it as a gift. I want to add though...this is not a good mouse for gaming. Its acceptable however, if you are serious into gaming I would recommend something a little better. As I said, overall for a free mouse I'll take it.

    Awkward Design

    Posted
    Stage

I wanted an inexpensive wireless mouse to last through the remaining life of my rapidly aging laptop. BB had a special deal on this wireless mouse - less than $10. The price was right. Wrong! The design is strange - narrow but with a high humpback. My hand rests at a >45? angle which causes cramping. I'm not sure if the mouse is narrower than normal or it just seems so because the back is high, but it gets increasingly difficult to maneuver over any extended period of time. Clicking becomes imprecise because of the awkward hand position. The pointer speed is fast, so fast in fact that I set it at a lower speed, but somehow, it reset itself. It wasn't worth the little money I spent on it. No wonder it's now clearanced.
