Very good monitor, wish it always started

My only complaint is that I use a Dell laptop, and sometimes I need to restart the laptop or unplug and then plug the monitor back into the laptop (which could hurt the connector) because the monitor doesn't come on. This is very annoying. I wish it was more compatible with Dell laptops. I need an additional monitor, and because of this I'm not buying an HP monitor again for this laptop.

The only downside is that the monitor does not swivel. On my small desk, it’s footprint is larger than I would like because of the lack of a swivel feature.
