nice mouse with firm grip but lost bluetooth connection often and hard to reconnect. don't know whether it my computer problem or mouse problem.

It’s nice to not have a recover in my laptop freeing up the usb hub for other attachments but the Bluetooth cuts off very frequently. This is highly annoying as getting it turned back on involves me turning off the Bluetooth on my laptop, checking the batteries, turning the mouse on and off, clicking the blue button to connect multiple times in an effort to get it working again. Sometimes I just keep working without using a mouse due to all the time and effort it takes to get connected

This mouse would not stay connected to my HP laptop with Bluetooth installed. I ended up returning it and getting a HP wireless mouse. Although the wireless mouse uses up one of my USB ports it has worked flawlessly.

Price was good, felt good in my hand, but after about one hour it basically stopped working. I was using it on an Apple laptop. So I returned it.

THIS MOUSE IS BY FAR THE WORST PURHCASE I HAVE EVER MADE. I TRIED USING THIS ITEM FOR WEEKS WITH MY LAPTOP VIA BLUETOOTH. IT DROPS CONNECTION ALL THE TIME AND NOW THAT MY 30 DAY RETURN POLICY HAS EXPIRED, I CANNOT BRING IT BACK. MIRCOSOFT AGAIN HAS GAIN SOMEONE MONEY WITHOUT PRODUCING RESULTS. PICK UP A LOGITECH WEEKS AGO AND THIS DEVICE PREFORMS BEAUTIFULLY. THE MIRCOSOFT MOUSE, YOU CAN FIND IT IN THE TRASH!!!!!

Nothing exciting about this just a mouse keeps the charge nice looking does the job that it need to do.

The Blue Ray signal this device uses interfere's with the Y-Fi signal. Whenever the mouse was used the connection from my computer to my wireless router would fail. No workaround available at this time.

there is nothing inherently wrong with this mouse, but I ended up returning as it was extremely heavy compared to any other mouse I've used.

I tried this mouse with an HP laptop, so both items were HP. It would connect via Bluetooth, but wouldn't stay connected, and I'd have to uninstall it and reinstall to use it. I returned it quickly.

It's functional but its feel isn't exactly what I'd like. But - on sale - as it was, not really any complaints. If not on sale, i'd look for one that fit my hand better.

Easy to connect to my laptop. The bad part is that kept losing connection.

thought this would be a better product but it keeps freezing up on me so i'm thinking on going back to the cheap wireless was not worth the money for bluetooth

I've tried this mouse for 2 weeks and had constant connection issues. Changed batteries and tried everything I can think of. It will stay connected for 5 to 10 mins then nothing. Went back and bought a logitec laser that works much better.

it do not always connect to the pc or lap top. It sometimes takes a while for connection.

Bought this to work with my Samsung Tablet (android). It is not compatible. I will return this mouse but seems solid otherwise.

The off/on switch is too small and should be on side or back. also there be indication that it is "on" or "off"

I ended up not using this mouse and buying a different one. Not sure if its because of windows 8, or just that the mouse was jenky, but I gave it to my gf who uses it (maybe) for her mac. Basically it was found and connected fine initially, but whenever it was turned on it worked for maybe 30 seconds and then stopped working. Replaced it with the microsoft bluetooth mouse and never have had an issue yet.

I found the device did not respond as I liked and it was large for my hand. That is what I get for trying to use a PC mouse for an apple product.

Works exactly as expected though when I don’t use it with my tablet I often have a hard time finding the touchpad mouse signal

I purchased this for my new windows 8 computer. The blue tooth kept disconnection from the computer. I gave it to my son for his windows 7 computer and it works great.
