terrible tracking keeps scrolling the wrong way. I threw it away

Mouse did not last more than 6 months before it quit working. Took back to BestBuy and no support. Had to buy a second wireless mouse.

Does not work well at all. I have bought three different mouse pads thinking that would help but it didn't.

I didn't like this mouse at all. It just was all over the place. It made it quite hard for me to complete my work. Gave it to my son.

Not worth the money. Very disappointed that with gentle use it is already falling apart. Has been difficult to use because it is too jerky-jerky.

Bluetooth would not keep connected. I had to keep resetting the device and my Bluetooth on my laptop

This is really easy to use, easy to pair, works great and doesnt need a mouse pad. It is bluetooth, easy to install etc. I like the other one w/the dark ash color. I just ordered that and will return this one. They are the same except for color.

Just would stick and not move curser poor communication with Bluetooth

I brought this Bluetooth Mouse to complement my HP 650 Laptop. the MS mouse I had before was eating batteries at a rate of once a month. This mouse works right out of the box once I got it paired. Pro. Slim design, ambidextrous and works on every surface. C Con. Mouse buttons are a little noisier. Clicks are loud. Takes two AA batteries. Time will tell how long these batteries will last.

Equipment malfunctioned within 2 business days. Bulky body.

I was looking for a descent Bluetooth mouse at a low price and found this one on the Best Buy website so I thought I would give it a try. I received it two days after I ordered it and that was just standard shipping. Set up was a breeze, Just turned it on and my computer instantly found and installed it. The mouse is extremely smooth and precise and is actually a pretty good mouse for gaming. Very nice mouse for the money.

This is an excellent bluetooth mouse with flawless connectivity. It didn't ask for codes or anything as with another brand that I used. The mouse is solid and well made and most men will love it because it is full sized (I'm a girl but I know what a lot of tech complaints derive from.) There are a couple of complaints about disconnection but I have not found that to be a problem with my Thinkpad X230 and Bluetooth 4.0. It WAS a problem with my old Dell and Bluetooth 2.0 and another mouse. I could tell from the disconnects that it was a bluetooth problem and not a mouse problem. I googled and viola it was the bluetooth driver so I'd check that before I returned a perfectly functional mouse. A good bluetooth mouse is definitely hard to find (my microsoft presenter bt mouse had the sides peel off, and the memory bt mouse won't charge correctly any longer and both had a short battery life. I like this mouse and definitely was glad that I saw it on sale. To change batteries follow these instructions! http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c03088537/c03088537.pdf After you open the top there are two tabs (one directly over each battery). Press gently down on the tabs and the battery holder will pop right out! Then you can remove the batteries and replace them.

This is a good performing and accurate mouse. It is not quite up to gaming levels of performance but is quite accurate given the price and the great bluetooth performance. I also own the Razer Orochi which is very very accurate and more responsive than the HP x4000, but, the Orochi has a fatal flaw in that it lags when waking. The HP x4000 is completely lag free. The only thing I dislike about the HP x4000 is the shape and that is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.
