This was a venture into a higher grade HP computer for work and I do believe it is worth the money. Everything is fast and no glitches. Also, although refurbished, I could not tell any difference from new.

While the Product is good, they gave me a replacement Duplicate Adapter with the Wire already broken. This increases the Product cost, risk electric shock. This was disappointing

My older laptop said fairwell and I needed to replace it immediately, This Zbook affordably provided everything I needed minus an ethernet port. ( I use a dongle via the usb port for an ethernet connection) and was affordable.
The system was packaged well and arrived two days earlier than promised, The cover and keyboard were like new .
The only issue I had was with Windows 11 having an issue with after discovering an older firmware. Unfortunately the system requires an ethernet cable to update the firmware as the system will not update the firmware over wifi. This was easily fixed by attaching an Ethernet dongle.
I have used the system to create a video build graphics, and use editing software to create and edit my textbook, I find that even though it is not as fast as other systems the system performs well.

The laptop is not bad but too many scratches and there is one burned out pixel that I was not informed about in advance but nevertheless I decided to keep it because I do not want to waste time
