I have been using this phone just over a week and overall it is a superb phone. Pros: - Superb battery life. It easily lasts me a day and half before needing to be charged and this is with Wi-Fi and mobile data on the whole time except at night. And the phone takes just about 1.5 hrs to charge from 0-100. It is very impressive given it has a 4000 mAh battery. - The performance is at par with other flagships and it doesn't seem to stutter or lag yet. - Camera is great. It has a few drawbacks but very happy with the overall performance. I love the pro mode as well as the monochrome mode. The black and white pictures are great all thanks to the monochrome sensor. - The display is good as well. It get super dim in the night and is bright enough to be read in direct sunlight. Cons (Are mostly s/w related and I really hope Huawei improves this over time) - EMUI 8.0 is not perfect yet. I like the few features it adds to the Oreo 8.0 but I it has room for improvment. I am not the fan of the EMUI icons. Also, the app that you are currently using comes as a battery exhausting app. - Camera is great but it is a hit and miss. Taking same picture multiple times is a good way to get desired result. HDR mode can be improved (especially when compared to Pixel's HDR+ mode). The details in the shadows for pixel are better. Night shots at times could be darker compared to other flagships like Note 8 and Pixel 2. But overall the camera is good as you can switch to pro mode for better pictures

It's a fast phone compared to most branded carrier phones, but it's rather buggy, customer service is bad and not knowledgeable. After a recent Ota update, some camera features that were to be upgraded got broken instead. I really wish I had bought another oneplus instead, as my 3 I've had no problem with in 2 years and this phone isn't much faster. Stay away from this brand. Best Buy won't support it. The screen protector was bubbly when got it in mail and they refused to do anything about it.

This is a great phone for $650 or less. Amazing battery, really good performance. Premium build quality. I had a Huawei phone before upgrading to this, they don't slow down over time like Samsung's do. The display is vibrant and crisp. I would have liked a headphone jack but that's becoming more rare. The camera is really good, it won't beat a galaxy s9 but unless you're comparing them side by side, you won't be disappointed. Bottom line, if you want lasting performance, get this phone while you still can.

Ok I'll try to make it short. Easily a 5 star phone but I can't do Wifi calling as a T-Mo customer. Their EMUI skin needs better tweaking. With every high-end Android device I've used, I've been able to turn off all notifications on the lock screen. I can with the Mate 10 Pro BUT it needs to be done at the App notification level which is very tedious. Lock screen wallpaper setting is a pain too. A few refinements and we're good! Pros: Insanely Fast, Great Camera, Awesome battery life and beautiful display! Love the design too! Currently running on Android 8.0 in hopes to get 8.1 soon. Cons: As a T-Mo customer, no Wifi calling and the EMUI skin needs some refinement.

Crazy battery life, fantastic camera, crystal clear phone calls, blazing fast device! However, I have the following issues with it: - I can't configure my business e-mail on it at all (Outlook Exchange) using its native e-mail app. I can configure it just fine but only if I use 3rd party providers/apps (Yahoo! and Gmail e-mail addresses work just fine with Mate 10 Pro's native e-mail app). - T-Mobile's Visual Voicemail app won't work on this otherwise beautiful device at all. I tried it again and again and again and no success (it installs but it's not working) - The Uber app doesn't exactly work: it opens up, I can see that main screen with the map on the background but there's no search bar / search field at the top of the screen where to put the street address in. Does anybody else has these kind of issues?

Amazing phone, zero issues, love the battery life. Camera is pretty good also. Super Fast. Got it on sale for $650, there is no way I'm paying $800 or more for a phone. This one do the same or better than any phone in the market right now. Don't believe those reports about Chinese malware or spying. This phone have more security patches than the treasury.

This smartphone is fantastic, the screen res is stunning, the battery life is crazy good even when playing 3D video games, fingerprint scanner is the best I've ever tried.. that includes Samsung and iPhone. The 6GB of RAM was a must on my list. The camera is also spectacular. Can't recommend enough.
