I’ve been using Apple products for a decade. I finally decided to try something fun and new. I’m quite pleased with the change. The phone feels great in hand, responsive, etc. I was really pleased it came with a nice case and screen protector factory installed. I was so used to Apple I had ordered both when I did the phone so now I have spares. Understanding Android is a change but no trouble as of yet. Picked a nicer theme (the default is drab) and installed all my apps from my iPhone. Again no trouble and Android Auto is as good as car play as far as I can see. USBC is nice, water resistance, huge battery. Only down side to Samsung is wireless charging (maybe only GSM) or to Pixel is instant updates. Very pleased thus far.

What really impresses me about this phone is the amount of control it gives you over the apps. You can control which apps run at start-up, which run in the background, which can access data, wifi etc. This is without root and without installing a TP app. The downside for me is that you do not get email or Whatsapp Notifications when the screen is off (ie on the Always-on-Display). Other than that, the camera is great, sound is great, battery life is excellent and the processor speed is super fast with absolutely no lag.

This phone has a great camera capable of decerning my pets. Love the AI features on this phone. Pointed the camera at my cat and the camera optimized the shot! The screen resolution looks amazing and smooth. I have been using my phone for 2 days straight without charging and it's still at 30% capacity. Overall great Android phone!

I finally got my Mate 10 pro today. Living in China I have been able to play around with one there, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. The number one reason I chose this phone was the translation app from Microsoft works with the AI chip to produce incredibly fast and accurate translations. Being a resident of China, I have to operate behind the great firewall, and the internet really is awful. This app functions offline so its perfect for my needs. As a teacher and regular public speaker, I can plug this bad boy into a multimedia system there and use my VPN to bypass the firewall. This way I can show Youtube in a country where Youtube is banned. The Camera is amazing. Its pretty much top notch grade A. I have not tested the video for quality or stabilization so an incomplete on video. The phone looks and feels incredible. Its fast and has no lag whatsoever. No question, this is a device that's in competition with the best of the best. So far no regrets!

My wife converted her iPhone 5S to iPhone X, but I converted my iPhone 5S to Mate 10 Pro and got my Mate 10 Pro on Feb. We both had used our iPhone 5S for more than four years. I like my Mate 10 Pro. It is a little faster than my wife's iPhone X for WeChat, Yahoo finance, web search and other APPs. I am not gamer, so I do not know if Mate 10 Pro is faster than iPhone X for playing game. I like Mate 10 Pro's AI camera and it also has more functions such as timer and professional option. My Mate 10 Pro missed Scan function for contact to scan business cards into my contacts and Scan APP I found from the main search missed translator and other functions which shows in Tips APP. I do not know what is wrong. I will call Huawei for these issues.

Can't believe it has been over five years since I purchased Huawei Mate10 Pro. It's still going strong and working wonderfully, unlike the many Samsung phones that I've used in the past that the battery starts dying after a year and half. Too bad that Huawei phones are no longer available in the U.S.

I really liked this phone, almost everything about it but here's where it fell short for this user. My job demands a lot of walking and this phone while in my pocket would turn off and on or go into Safe Mode. End of story.

I love this phone! Its truly amazing with everything you do on it. I've owned it for a day so far but this is hands down a great smartphone. Pricing may be a little steep, but its worth it for the device your getting. Battery life is outstanding as well. Camera is super responsive to focusing in on a subject.

The phone is snappy and well built. However, camera is not as great as advertised. Also, if you use Android Auto. This phone is not compatible!!

This was one of my favorite phones ever! Do yourself a favor by the Best Buy warranty. It fell out of my pocket with the case on it flat on its face and the screen broke. Not only did the company have my phone for over a month. They returned it back broken and said the back cover had an indication of water damage. This phone had never ever seen anywhere near water. I spent over 40 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved do yourself a favor the phones are great the company is absolutely horrendous and all they do is say sorry and they took my hundred and twenty dollars and never gave it back. Worst customer service experience of my life!
