    Camera stopped working after a few days and will not hard reset. It Best Buy will not do a exchange due to being 15 days passed the return date.

If your monitor and camera are losing their link, please note that the units work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. We recommend, for example, keeping the units at least 3ft away from each other as well as from products that use similar wireless technology to avoid interference. We can also suggest to reset the units with the following steps:

      Parent Unit: With the parent unit plugged in, turn it on, insert a paperclip or something small enough that fits inside into the reset hole above the power port. The parent will reset and turn it off. Turn back on.

      Baby Unit: With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug it. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds.

      If the issue remains, please contact me via email or live chat so we can work this out. If applicable, we may submit a warranty replacement for you.     Massive connectivity issues. Had to return the first one as it wouldn’t pair with the camera (although it should have been that way from the factory. Poor instructions and even worse troubleshooting. I got the replacement one to work at least for a few weeks. Now the parent unit and our phones won’t connect. Customer support is by email only. Best Buy… you should expect better from your suppliers.

    I hope this cam is worth and last as long as how much the cost is. Haha. Cam quality is good. I like the ability to turn camera private or covering the cam. Included Hubble grip is nice to be included. Night vision is always on and at times cannot detect, it’s not too annoying to change. Baby monitor is ok but touch screen asset feels “eh quality” for technology software but that’s where the app is suppose to be. App is good with plenty of useful features but obviously “pay more for better monitoring experience.” Better and easier to work with than comparable price cams.

    We can’t get this to work at all and we just bought it less than a month ago and we are told we can’t return it. Now we have no monitor and out $180.00.

    Only worked for 6 months. Bought in December and the monitor stopped working in May! Expensive item not worth the cost!

    Avoid at all costs!

    Worked fine for 3.5 months and then just stopped working. Was given the runaround for 2.5 months when trying to go through the warranty process and ended having to purchase another brand. Don’t just take my word for it, look at their F rating on the Better Business Bureau website too.

    Great product, tons of features

    This is a great product with tons of features. You can view on both your phone from anywhere and the hand held unit from home-great for babysitters. The hand held is touch screen which is really high tech but easy to use. Great added feature, it comes with games, puzzles and other educational content as they grow. The app has a ton of features as well, way more than just viewing. Really imoressed with all the tech.

    Worst Camera and Monitor ever

    I purchased this and that has been nothing but trouble since day one. Not only have I been unable to get it to work properly, but I have also been unable to reach customer service to get any assistance. Even after sending multiple emails, I have not received any response from the company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product as it has been a complete waste of my money.

    Avoid!

    This monitor lasted just long enough to be outside the warranty period. The monitor will no longer connect to the camera. Customer service is non existent and offer no solution. Buying a different brand after just over 12 months, will buy from a more reputable company. Don’t listen to online reviewers as they’re compensated for positive reviews.
