What can I say, you pay for what you get. High end, very nice. Fully loaded. Super strong, level 2-3 out of 5 is perfect. I’m 270lb 6’3. I have a bad back and neck. Feels amazing. Back is still sore as if I had a hard core massage. Airbags are very powerful but you can turn on just upper, no bags or with. You can customize the massage anyway manually. Stretch is also interesting. It’s super heavy so be ready for that. Happy I bought it.

A very robust and enjoyable massage chair. A lot of options for adjustments and intensity levels and overall great fit and finish. Expensive but not more so than other pro level massage chairs. I am still very happy with it after a year of use. Feels good even just as a zero gravity chair with no other functions running.

The chair itself is wonderful at giving many types of massages. However, I wish there was a way to set up your own programs or have the chair do specific actions as you request. You can have it work certain parts of the body, but you can't tell it specifically what actions to do. Also the chair is not very comfortable as a "lounge" chair. You can feel the rollers and other internals while just sitting on it. But the massage is so good I've fallen asleep on it and woken up hours later.
