It also has a heating mode. Previous products for my knees or neck have provided some relief but their mechanisms result in a rub down that is too weak.

Self-care is so important and it isn’t realistic to have another human massage your feet all the time, especially if you are single. This works and it feels so good! This would be a perfect gift to anyone that works on their feet all day. I love it!

I want to start off with how I received the package. The box was damaged and retapped to keep it from falling apart. I know this in isn’t entirely on Best Buy, but it wasn’t off to a great start. As soon as I plugged it in and turned it on the heater started to make a loud grinding sound. The roller balls for your feet had edges that were not comfortable. The pressure was weak in both the feet and calf. Overall I ended up returning it. It wasn’t worth the price.

The bottom rollers or balls tend to hurt after a while, and I would like to turn them off while keeping the squeezing action on for better blood flow.
